The first time I had several dents popped out, my headlights looked as though they had cataracts and they removed that film from them and also diamond glossed my van. The second time I was there they put a shiny new bumper on my odyssey. The manager is very professional and I appreciate the extra effort he put forth in making me completely happy. I would return to this store without a problem. It is obvious this store is one of the best .....very busy store...completely satisfied

Once one has had a bad experience at an auto repair shop we become very leery of trying another…read moreone. I am very happy to report that I have not had Dave's work on two of my trucks and I could not be more pleased with his excellent service, attention to detail, and very fair pricing. On my first visit I had him overhaul the read axle on my Tahoe which was making noise. He was able to find a good quality used part to keep the costs down. On my second visit I asked him to replace the ring and pinion on gear on my Suburban. When they got inside they found something else wrong and fixed the proper parts instead. They could have easily taken advantage of me. I speaking with Dave on the phone he was always honest and forthright. I truly believe that there is no other four wheel drive service shop around that does better work for such great prices. I speak from experience because I went to another shop and the left my truck with an oil leak in the rear axle. Half way back from Florida I noticed a loud sound and stopped at an auto parts store. I put in two quarts of oil. I found out that even though they had replaced parts in the read axle they had not replaced the oil seals but had instead just reused them to "save money." Granted the repair bill was $2,500! When is the last time you pulled over to check the fluid in your rear axle? This is why the person you select to work on your truck must be trustworthy. I strongly recommend Dave's and would love to speak with anyone that has questions about my experiences there. Keep up the great work Dave.

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E to do business! This is complete HIGHWAY ROBBERY! They bait you in with their " buy…read morehere, pay here" pitch saying that they evaluate you based on your "story" not your credit! Only to have you sign the most bogus LEASE agreement known to man! They charge you twice the price of the car to start then lock you in to weekly payments that turn out to simply be a RENTAL AGREEMENT. YOU WILL NEVER OWN THE CAR. The money you give them weekly is not a PURCHASE AGREEMENT! They also tack on some bogus depreciation amount that they make up out of thin air. The sales tactics get you in the door and after you're a customer they treat you like you're less than human, threatening you in every-way possible to make a payment to keep this bogus agreement going. Mary beth is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She send you nasty text messages threatening you if you don't return a call. They say they have a warranty, but NOTHING IS IN WRITING. No details AT ALL.. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to avoid fixing the car or clarifying what's covered or not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE... PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

Pioneer is ridiculous it's the worst fucking place to go through. I've had issues out of my car…read moresince day 1 it's been over a year since I've had my car. Its Almost paid off and still isn't fixed all they do is put used parts on it instead of new. when I first got my car it was disgusting they were suppose to detail it they never did all they did was hurry up clean it out I had to clean it myself it was so damn bad trash all in it pop in the cup holders it smelled terrible. They told me they would detail it when I brought it back that weekend never happened I asked and asked about it still never happened. Something to do with the oil and my motor messed up Kyle put a used part on it instead of a brand new part because it cost too much money. Well months later something happened again but this time my warranty was up and I had to pay over $300 to get it fixed with a new part I wouldn't of had this issue if they would of put a new part on it to begin with. Kyle would always hit on me and try to get with me even when I would tell him no several times. Every time I took my car there to get fixed it never was fixed it would be the same issue every time they would tell me oh it's fixed now after I pay them to fix it then I tell them no it's not it's still doing the same thing so more money I have to keep putting into it for them not to fix it right. It's still not fixed. Then yesterday I'm texting the girl who works there yes I know I'm behind a few payments well I lost my job I told them that I found a new job I was suppose to start today but couldn't because they took my car yesterday. After my text messages with the girl states it was fine to wait until the 18th that she talked to her boss well then all of a sudden my Boyfriend hears something outside so he goes to look and someone is taking off with my car with my purse and house Key in it didn't say one word to me or nothing just took off fast. So I don't recommend going through pioneer auto it's a joke and the people who work there are fucking ridiculous. It's the worst place you could ever go to for a vehicle all they care about is money not if your having issues going on which everyone does no one understands that especially now how much everything is costing how is anyone suppose to afford food and gas to get to work or pay bills you have to have a car to get to work to make your car payment how you suppose to do that when they take your car then expect you to pay for it how when you have no way to work so thanks to them I couldn't go for my first day of work today I would do no stars for the rating but it wouldn't let me

I had ambient lighting put in my car and I can't believe the quality plus took the time to explain…read morethe features. I was told it would take 3 or 3 1/2 hours and time flew by. They at least have comfy chairs and talking to the employees, you can tell they love their job and are very knowledgeable. I will be their customer forever.
