I am a big fan of Burlington…read more I do a majority of my shopping on their website because it's easier and I find more variety. I have found everything from household items, clothing, makeup bags etc. Today I bought my name brand shampoo and conditioner priced at $16.99 (valued for much more ) and did an online return. This store was well staffed, mostly organized and is located right off the freeway exit. I do have issues at certain stores when I return an item purchased online. As soon as I walked in, I showed the cashier the return barcode in my email as Christina stood by. The cashier was in training and Christina walked him through the needed steps to make the return. Christina knew exactly why I was showing him the barcode. I did not get the third degree like I do from other store managers. This was the fastest non hassle return ever. Christina had such a positive energy and you can tell she cares about her job because she kept smiling. Keep providing great customer service! This is what makes us customers happy! Thank you.

I also found a heavily discounted $0.70 sympathy card. The line had the longest wait I've ever had at a TJ Maxx or similar type of store; I was waiting over 30 minutes. A lot of people were shopping here, maybe because it was President's Day, and they didn't seem to have enough staffing of cashiers for it. They had more deals indicated with red or yellow price stickers than I'm used to seeing at TJ Maxx, including many heavily discounted candles, discounted notebooks, and there were also a lot of CeraVe and Cetaphil moisturizing creams and lotions. The selection of items was decent, the main pain point was just the amount of time it took for checkout.

But I won't go into detail but a return I needed to do...not money back, just exchange but since it was a fry pan I used Once ....i was told at another store, I couldn't bring back! As an 83 yr old woman....i wouldn't give up! I called another DD's and an asked for a mgr! Well, an absolute amazing man named Caesar took my call & heard my problem & didn't hesitate to rectify & do an exception...understanding the defect in the pan! He is what a mgr is all about!! He really cares about his customers & they come first! I hope he is appreciated & he definitely saved a good patron of DD's!! Kiddos to Caesar!! I went in today at around 9:30am, right when they opened. Didn't know what to expect so I was open minded. Upon walking in the store reminded me of Ross Dress for Less. The layout of it etc. I walked a little through the purse section first and the first price I saw was $8 for a price. Pretty much feeling good about the prices at that point. Then I looked through the shoes, not the most organized but did manage to find some shoes that were my size but didn't end up buying because I didn't need to. Then I went to the clothes section and holy cow , there were so many clothes to look through and choose from! I went through most of the racks and found some really cute stuff and AWESOME prices - way CHEAPER than Ross! I was really excited to try them on but decided to look at the bra and panties section first. When it was time to try on clothes, the nice lady at the fitting room helped me. The fitting rooms were nice and clean. While trying on the clothing I was really surprised at the quality of the clothing just like most stores if not better but for the price how can you complain! When I checked out I purchased, 2 bras (black and nude, push up, multi wear) for $7, blue striped shirt, polka dot shirt, floral shirt & pillow all for $28! They are all good quality and will become very useful. I was really happy with the purchase. NOTE: they don't provide plastic bags here but you can buy one if you need to. Return policy is 30 days, with tags and not worn. The cashier person and security were really nice greeted me and wished me a good day on my way out. Really love this place and I will definitely be back!

The service at this location is lacking…read more I arrived 1 hour before closing. There was only one other customer and 3 sales associate. One associate was helping a customer at the register. I browsed and grabbed shoes I was interested in as I waited about 10 minutes for the transaction to finish. Neither of the other two associates asked if I needed help, while I waited for the primary associate. She asked to assist once she finished and I showed her several shoes I was interested in. She began looking up shoes in my size. The previous customer returned because he was given two different shoes. The associate who was helping me stopped helping me and began helping the previous customer. I waited another 10 minutes and kept browsing selecting other shoes, while they sorted things out. The primary associate eventually came back to me. Once she came back to me she told me the price of one set of shoes. I informed her that I was interested in several of the pair I placed on the counter. She looked for the shoes but didn't have the sizes. I went to try and find more shoes. Instead of continuing helping me she casually started working on a store matter (not helping another customer). This is when I decided to leave a review.... One of the other two associates greeted me and asked if I needed more help. I asked her if she could have helped me the entire time and she didn't respond. Instead, she begin helping me but she didn't know how to work the store's system, the two other employees didn't know the store address to set up a delivery for ordering shoes, something the primary associate offered. The primary associate did not offer any help to associate who tried to assist me. Eventually I gave up. This location has a nice layout and probably a decent selection when not impacted by holiday shopping, but the service is severely lacking. I DO NOT recommend.

There was nothing unusual or inappropriate about his attire. The employee refused to give her name but her tag said something like Elaya. I went to them last month, my plan was just to do an initial look around and see what caught my eye. They happened to have an appointment available and so I was actually able to look at, and then try on dresses. As a plus size bride I was so nervous about wedding dress shopping. I was afraid I would have to settle for something I did not like and then be unhappy on my wedding day. I was also worried they would not have sample sizes that fit me, or that the staff would be unkind. I was so relied when they assigned Josie to help me. She put all those worries to bed and was so incredibly kind and caring and helpful. Josie showed me the different styles, I took note of the ones I liked and then she pulled them for me to look at. I found out quickly what my sale was and she was instrumental in that process. I found a dress I really liked and I plan to go back soon to see her and get it. I highly recommend this store for all brides, but especially plus size brides. They are kind, have amazing inventory and will help you find exactly what you need. I definitely would ask for Josie when you're booking as she really made the experience so special and wonderful. Tell her Yarrow sent you :)
