They were servicing other guests that were taken to other rooms - I don't think I saw them after they came in. We were serviced in the front room and the service just felt very personal. There were no other guests that they were working with. Just our group. Tailor's Keep focuses on providing you with bespoke pieces. The Hubs was there for a sports coat and our friend was there for a suit. I sat in the large leather love seat looking at different suit materials and lining. I didn't think they did anything for women. BUT THEY DO!!!! They apparently make pantsuits for women, dress shirts, and coats!!! The hubs didn't want me to feel left out, so he suggested that I be fitted for a jacket. The jacket I chose was made of Alpaca and I got to choose a fun lining. I thought that it would be super heavy, but the coat was surprisingly light, but kept me very warm. The hubs and I will definitely be back for more items. Totally recommend this place for folks who want quality pieces and personal service.

I will say after one wear, I did notice a sitch come out and a thread showed up. But that was probably cuz I was getting down on the dance floor too hard. Marina at Le Caprice is a lifesaver!…read more I ordered a Vivienne Westwood gown from a very popular bridal shop. When I tried it on during pickup, I knew something was off. It took 3 stylists just to hook the dress together before it could be zipped up. I had not gained any weight since ordering, and the dress felt like it had been ordered a size too small. The stylist who was helping me put on the dress kept reassuring me that the gown had a hard corset, and because it was strapless, it was meant to fit that tightly. Well before my actual wedding, I had my courthouse ceremony... I needed a lot of help to get the dress hooked on, and when it came time to drive to the courthouse, I couldn't even sit up. I had to lean the car seat all the way back in order to make it to the courthouse. The entire afternoon I was so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to drink water. After that experience, I brought my dress to Marina at Le Caprice. She took one look at my back and didn't even bother zipping me up. She assured me that my dress was too small, that it was not just in my head, and offered to remove the zipper and replace it with a corset back! I was nervous because I really loved the top part of my dress and how snatched it made my waist look, but when I received my dress it still looked just as perfect! Not only that, but I was completely comfortable in it when I was sitting and eating at my reception (: Marina was able to complete the alterations super fast at a fair price and I think the corset was elegantly executed. Praising your good ideas and candidly letting you know your bad ideas. We begin the measuring process... with a PROTRACTOR. What is he doing with it? Solving for y = mx + b? Finding a parabola? I don't know, I failed math. But I know he found find that my right shoulder was 1.5 cm lower than my left. He also found the angle that my back curves. And every other measurement necessary to create the tux that is perfect for you. You'll come back for your first fitting and it will already be near perfect. Despite all of the materials being bought, handcut, and carefully constructed to you, he will still offer you your money back guarantee. If you are not happy with this fine italian tuxedo made for you, he will give you back the $2,000+ you paid. But of course you will be happy. Him and Lily will have a little banter about what needs to be fixed. (This is good I think, keeps Daniel humble.) They'll fix up the tuxedo one or two more times and you'll be good to go. It'll look great but when you wear it on your special occasion, you'll really notice that you're wearing a million bucks. Daniel is quite generous with his gifts and advice. I would ask him why? And he says it's because he likes me. Does he actually like me? Maybe, I sure hope so! Regardless, I like him and Lily enough to spend the most I ever have on a suit.
