Every time you go, you get charged a different amount, even though you get the same exact thing. Owner is extremely rude! Kept coming because it's the only place you can walk right in and get seated but now I can see why it's constantly empty. Save your money and go else where. read more

They barely have customers so I don't understand why I rushed out so fast. I can even soak my feet comfortably before I'm asked to take one out, put it in, take another out-wtf. I called and was told that walk-ins were welcome, but when I arrived there's a huge sign that says they are working by appointment only. The person at the counter assured me that they would fit me in next, but after 30 minutes of waiting and having two other people be seen first, I decided to leave and come back later. The person behind the counter literally chased after me and was yelling at me to come back. I told her I was all set and she followed me out near my car and I just had to ignore her because she wouldn't stop trying to get me to come back inside. I wish whoever I spoke to on the phone just scheduled an appointment for me rather than telling me to walk-in, but because of the way that associate yelled at me and followed me outside I won't be returning. read more

Just got verbally accosted by several customers who were not wearing masks when I asked them to put them on. Owner did not defend me and let the customers rant. It was my first pedi since covid began. Shame on me for thinking it "could" be safe to do so. I left mid pedicure. Not worth it. I will never go back to them. read more

I walked in two hours before closing on my birthday for a full set and they got me seated and started within 10 minutes even though they were busy!! I am so so pleased with my nails, I got pink and white ombré acrylic and they are so pretty I get so many compliments on them. I was a little hesitant after reading the prior reviews but I will definitely be going back! They took their time with the filing and making sure every nail looked perfect which I really appreciated. After seeing Tom at #7 for several years. His service has declined dramatically and several times they would break a few minutes after leaving but trying to be a good customer I continue to go see him no longer after today the owner would not allow my three-year-old child to come in that was masked and in complete compliance with Covid restrictions. BLAHHH! That's the first word that comes to mind when I think of this place. As soon as you walk out of this place you don't feel like you got what you paid for, instead you think how you just got yipped! I don't mind when someone speaks another language in front me - specially when I am fluent in another language myself....but I will NEVER -EVERRRRRR speak another language in front of one of my customers when I am doing their nails. One talks Vietnamese and then all of them start laughing as soon as you get up. I've seen customers get REALLY mad about this - in some cases even walk out. Pedicure was OK. Nothing spectacular. All the staff were very nice. Place is clean. Seemed like a popular place for acrylic nails. I had my gel nails done here and after not even 5 days, it started to peel off on the edges. It was to the point that dirt started to pile up under the gel. I don't usually get my nails done but it was a special occasion (I was traveling to NY to visit and for a 2-day concert, so wanted my nails to last). I came back and called the wrong nail salon, and told them exactly the problem and THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME. I then realized it was the wrong place so I drove to Georgia Nails. I told them the exact same thing, and they said it was my fault and something about my cuticles (I can't really understand them sometimes). They then said they were gonna only fix one nail (the one that already peeled off). I told her what is the point if all my other ones are going to peel off anyways, and she said that because it was so long ago, they can't do the full set. But like, how would I know in two days that my gel nails weren't gonna even last me a week?!?!?!? Seriously. If I wanted my nails to last a week, I would have done it myself and with the REGULAR nail polish. I've gotten gel nails before and they have lasted me more than 2 weeks, even when my cuticles could be seen. And they were so hard to get off too, even after that time frame. So I got that one nail done and JUST LIKE I THOUGHT, the one next to it started to peel off until it broke. MIND YOU, when I got my nails done before I left for NY, the lady cut my fingers while filing and my nails were filed crooked. She shoved the nails that she was filing under my nails so it felt like there was dirt under my nails for the first couple of days. And the whole time she was doing my nails, she was speaking in Vietnamese with the other workers and laughing, every time I ask her to do something differently. That gives me enough reasons to believe that they were speaking ill of me. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be coming back here. read more

Came across this place with my friend by accident. It's a little ways from our house in Franklin, but worth the drive. I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and friendly customer service. I've only been here about three times now, but each time we've walked in without an appointment and they were still able to get to us right away. Love love love the massage chairs. I got such a nice pedicure and will continue to come here to get my acrylics filled until I decide to take them off. Also, right next to Stop & Shop so I can literally get my errands done in one stop. Super happy, thanks for makin me feel pretty :) read more

The staff talk and laugh about customers in front of them, the salon and staff were dirty and their work is awful at best. My nails were filed crooked and not filed down at the cuticles. They also overcharged me for the services I received. Do not go here. read more

Walk-in on both occasions. First, got a quick French-tip paint. $13, awesome job. Second time, got a gel manicure and a beautiful design that I wanted. Lasted almost 4 weeks. Never had another gel manicure like that since. No one compares to their standards. $33 for the gel manicure. read more

I have to write a review because I had an awful experience. My boyfriend and I decided to try this place out (only because my original place is closed for renovations) When we walked in we were greeted, which was very nice and I told the lady that my boyfriend wanted a pedicure and I wanted a gel manicure. She told me to pick my color and a gentleman proceeded to lead my boyfriend down to the pedicure station. I waited 25 minutes until someone finally came over and started to wrap my nails up with the aluminum foil and nail polish remover I sat there for about 30 minutes with no one coming up to me. The gentleman that wrapped my nails came up to me and started to take off the aluminum. He started getting flustered and asked me if I had dipped gel on my nails? And I said yes. He proceeded to write my nails up once more and told me to wait. I waited another 45 minutes until someone finally came up to me and took me by then my boyfriend was already done his pedicure. So what is the point in us going at the same time for him to be finished before me. The gentleman that was working on my nails sat at table 7 and his name was Nam . He began to become very flustered because I have a dip gel. He then proceeded to scrub my nails with a buffer. Normally you would use the drill to get the rest of the gel off but he just used the buffer the whole time which broke every single one of my nails. After he was done he then proceeded to soak my nails and use a clipper to get the skin off my nails, he did fine on every nail but my thumb.... cut and bleeding. He didn't say sorry or anything just continue to do his job. He then proceeded to put The gel manicure on my nails continuously over and over doing the process because it takes a couple coats. After he was finished I got up paid and left because I did not want to be in there any longer I got home and I looked at my nails and realize there's a big Divet in my thumbnail and my nails are not straight. I'm never going back again and I don't recommend them. The only reason I give them a 2 is because rhey have plenty of colors to choice from. read more

I was going here for almost a year and unfortunately had many nails that either lifted from the end of the nail or lifted from the back of the nail which led to breakages and nails lifting...and then water getting underneath which causes fungus. I have done my own nails with the kids and I've done a better job than this place did! read more

I have been a customer here for almost 11 years. I walked in today to get my eyebrows done. I didn't have an appointment (which is typical there for eyebrow waxing). I was asked to have a seat and told someone would be with me shortly. After waiting 15 minutes-during which time someone came in and was taken right away for a pedicure-another person walked in and asked to have her eyebrows done. She was immediately taken to the back and the woman servicing her said "I'll be with you in a few minutes". I stood up and said "No thank you". She then says "I'm so sorry". As I walked out I could hear the manager/owner asking what happened. I have spent literally thousands in this shop on nails, pedicures, bringing people in as a treat, etc and cannot believe I was treated so poorly. I will NOT be back which is a shame because they do good work. However, customer service is more important to me. Currently looking for a new salon if anyone has recommendations. read more

Stopped in for Pedicure. Selected my Nail Polish and was walking toward Pedicure chairs when young man stops me. He looks at my feet makes a face and points at Pedicure chair. (My last pedicure was done there one month ago and my feet were not gross.) He puts his hand out for my polish. I say "hello" he smirks and says nothing. I leave deciding to bring my pedicure business elsewhere. I have been going to Georgia Nails for more than 10 years. They are excellent.. I've had manicures and pedicures as well as eyebrow waxing. Never been dissatisfied. If a customer is dissatisfied the owner will REDO any or all problems for free. I brought th entire wedding party in for nails and eyebrow waxing. Everyone's came out awesome. Some still visit for regular fills and other services. Full sets are moderately priced and the nail art is exceptional. Why pay more when you can get the best for less read more
