I was seen there on 7-25-20 and then instructed to come back on Aug. 10, (17 days later just to pick up the test kit). On Aug. 10 they called and rescheduled until Aug. 13. Picked up the test kit on Aug. 13 and returned it on Aug. 14. They called on Aug. 19 and said I had severe sleep apnea and ask where I wanted the script called into. I told them. I didn't hear anything form the medical supply house and called them late on 8-20. They had not received the script. Called Lex Sleep back and they said they had been understaffed and busy, would call it in as soon as possible. Same thing on 8-21. I wrote an email on 8-21 complaining to customer service... nothing. Called back on 8-24 and the lady that answered the phone put me on hold for about 15 minutes and said she had just faxed it in then (probably got tired of me calling) . So to summarize... if you are gasping for hour and you can wait a month then call Lexington Clinic Sleep Center .

I was referred to this office by my PCP. I found Reddit CPAP support way more helpful than this…read moreoffice. When I call I never get a call back from the doctor only the person at the front desk. The machine under this doctor's direction is making my sleep apnea worse instead of better. My oxygen saturation is lower with the setting they have currently on this machine than without it. It's a shame because I was really hopeful my health would improve not decline due to treatment from this office.
