This company has a horrible billing/ customer service department. If you live on the East Coast…read morethey don't answer the phone until after 10 am if at all. But, you must go through the automatic questions and be on hold before you find out they are closed. They offer a financial assistance application but when you send it in they claim they never got it. The phone number on the bill is only automation, no real person even if you "hold on the line for a live person" If they bill your insurance company incorrectly, resulting in non payment, they wont correct it until you ask them ten times. Yes the the employees that do the work, billing and customer service rates among the all time worse for any company I have ever dealt with, including the cable company.

This was my first visit to a Labcorp location. It was late afternoon and the place was short-staffed, but patients were still being allowed to sign in. I waited about 80 minutes. The wait would have been longer, but a couple of people gave up and left. Only one man was on duty and, sadly, he proved to be inadequate at drawing blood. Never have I felt such extended discomfort during a blood draw. Never before have I ever become nauseous or dizzy during a blood draw. I checked with the doctor's office the next day to be sure that any future blood work can be done in a different facility. I will not go back to Labcorp.

The response was a hard no and a "sucks to be you attitude " they just flat out refused to assist me when I said fine I'll go to a different place the response was "they all are like this" Well they're not I'm over at the Lexington clinic lab on Eagle creek and they were so helpful and kind and caring. We are sick patients not just numbers and the next needle prick. I suggest labcorp remember that and work on their bedside manner.

You will get amazing service there; because they love and care for you. They have a new system called the LabCorp kiosk. I'd never seen this before but it was fairly self explanatory and makes everything flow much better because you are able to verify that all of your information is correct. This is the only LabCorp that I will ever go to. Always clean and always efficient.

If the office receptionist is unable to find your file from a previous visit or get you accurate information from the beginning, don't go there.
