Upon patient questionnaire I changed my pharmacy location and confirmed. The doctor prescribed me two medications, one was sent to the new/correct pharmacy...and the other was sent to my old pharmacy in a location I no longer live...how does that even happen, now this medication has been charged to my insurance and I can't pick it up as I do not live in the area anymore and they can't fill it at my new pharmacy because it has already been charged to my insurance...so now I do not have the medication that I need. This is a clear oversight in care and needs to be addresse.

Dr. Ansari is an excellent doctor and I would give him 5 stars except for the occasional staff…read moremember with a bad attitude he has working for him (usually always the lady that checks you in). I've been to him for years and bring my children to see him. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but there is always one bad apple. It's a different bad apple each time because the person doesn't stay for several years. Today, 08/07/17 it was Destiny. My children and I walked up to the check-in desk and Destiny with her iPhone in front of her acknowledged us with a flat greeting and no smile. Like many people her age that resent having to work, she sounded like she wasn't happy to be at work and not happy to see us when we showed up. She then proceeds to hand over 4 pages of paperwork to fill out for each child which is typical but because of her attitude, did not make me happy. Especially since the info is already in the system. I know that they need it updated but things go a lot smoother when people treat you with kindness. I told her she was rude and she said she was sorry but that she wasn't rude. I told her again that she was rude. It wasn't really a matter of debate but fact. I will continue to see Dr Ansari because he is an awesome doctor. Destiny won't be there the next time I come and if she is, hopefully she has learned to like her job and show it.
