This isn't an establishment that I will ever return to. Not only were they trying to force me to have a test that I already had done, but when I told them that I believed I had it done and I was looking at the results. I was treated badly by the front desk, person, and the person who took me back to have my eyes examined. The front desk woman with the long dark hair told me well. We don't have your results so you will have it done. The one who took me back to have the eye exam questioned me on why I didn't have my paper signed, and when I explained to her that I had pulled up results from an eye test that I had done that I was going to show the doctor. I was told that if I didn't have the test done, she would be dilating me. Now mind you, I drove myself, so I was curious to how she was going to dilate me and why she said it in such a nasty way. But because I don't like conflict, I said do what you have to do when she was done. I went back to the room and waited for the doctor. I showed the doctor the results. She confirmed that I had that test done. I wasn't apologized too. I told her what her employees had done and said to me and that they were rude to me. It was basically just looked over. my point is this is a test that would have caused me an additional $40 and I felt that the way I was treated was unprofessional. Why are you trying to force me to pay for a test that I told you that I think I had already taken and I was looking to show it to you?! The only reason why this place even gets two stars is because of the woman that checked me out. She was very sweet very pleasant and knew how to talk to a patient. I'm not hard to get along with. I do not cause a scene. I do not raise my voice, but I do expect respect. And I don't feel that's too much to ask for considering I'm paying you to do a job for me. Basically, I walked out without getting glasses from there because I would rather have my money spent somewhere else where I'm treated better. read more

I tend to stretch my contact lens supply out for a long time (especially when I wear glasses some days). Still, they run out and I must get new ones. However, if you've been away from the eye doctor for a year or two, you need to get an exam before ordering more. Once my vision insurance kicked in, I headed out here last fall in hopes of 1) figuring out WHY my contacts always seemed blurry and bothered my eyes and 2) ordering new ones! The first time I was here, I did have to wait nearly a half hour beyond my scheduled appointment time. Bah. But once I was in, it was good. Maybe it's been quite awhile since I had an eye exam and technology has improved/been added, but they were very thorough in their exam -- having me go through three or four different machines to evaluate my eyes! This doesn't even include the optional (but costly) retina scan thing. Once I was in the final exam room, the optometrist took her time with my evaluation to figure out the best contacts for me. Not only did my prescription differ from my old contacts, but she suggested dailies. The dailies have been awesome. My eyes haven't been dry and irritated when wearing contacts. Yay! My only issue was some technical stuff regarding billing and ordering. There were some confusion over whether or not I/insurance paid, what had been ordered, etc. They forgot to place my contacts order so I had to wait a bit longer to get them. Then a few months later, after I already had my regular order of contacts, they called me to tell me my sample contacts were in! What? Weird. Regardless, friendly people, clean place, great options, decent service. My business is staying here. read more

This place. I really want to like them, but the wait time is always horrible. To the point I think they're probably scheduling us later than our appointment times. We usually wait 30-60 minutes PAST our appointment time!! I despise places that waste patients time. They also have a very high rate of turnover in the staff, so that is bound to mean something. The eye exam part was great. Front desk staff nice. Getting my glasses from there was a different story. The first pair I ordered was way too big. I came in and ordered another pair. I called after a week and only the frames arrived. I came in and received my big pair back and left a little upset. Thought that would be the end of it. Ordered glasses online. Amy took it upon herself to go ahead and keep the process of the replacement pair going. To my surprise about 2 weeks later I got an email saying the new pair arrived. The new pair were perfect, I really appreciated the fact that Amy kept the new replacement pair processing. The new pair were actually better than the big pair. Thank you so much!!!! read more

I paid close to $400 for two pairs of glasses in February and it is June and I still don't have one of the pairs . I understand lab and processing takes time especially with Covid but I cand find out they were delivered and the front office couldn't find them and then they asked me if I had the frames and I said no I left the frames they're just very on organized and not professional they said they would rush the order and yet it has sat there for a week and they didn't even know where it was when I called they said it wasn't there I am read more

I have gone there for 2 years and will not go back. Their idea of appointments are a joke. My appointment was at 1, I was still waiting for the start of the appointment at 2, when I asked how much longer, they didn't know. They did know that there were three people still in front of me. This place is a nightmare. I've worn contacts for 30 years and they caused an eye condition in my eye and it took 6+ visits to correct and then billed me for it, plus messing up how much was charged, then couldn't do the simple math to get me refunded on how much they over billed. They are disorganized and no one knows whats going on. I have never been to an eye doctor that caused me this much trouble. I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone! read more
