Still love Georgetown Brewing! PSA: Special edition 18lb beer alert my 9lb peeps. Both options doubled barrel bourbon or scotch with cherry are really good. No growler fill for that one, however, tall bottles are for sale now this holiday. My Favorite beers are still all from Georgetown. The taproom has constantly improved over the years, from adding lovely outdoor patio seating, multiple restrooms, swag store, extended hours till 8p and more staff to help with keg loads, growler fills, tasters and beer sold by the pint if you like too. The Growler refill prices are best in the state! 12 man deals, ect, man I love GTB so! read more

GTB has evolved over the years, both for better and for worse. For the positives: 1. They have great, consistent beer 2. They are family and dog-friendly 3. They open earlier than other breweries for keg fills 4. I love their growler fill program 5. They have friendly beertenders For the not-so-positive changes: their prices have soared - many pints are now $9 and can be found for less at neighboring bars/restaurants. Their merchandise used to be high quality and reasonably priced, but now are priced higher. I realize that inflation is heavily impacting businesses, but GTB used to be a better value than most other breweries in the area and now they're at least as expensive if not more expensive than other breweries in the area. I still visit GTB since the beer is so darn good, but I'm visiting less since it's now more of a splurge than it used to be and will go elsewhere to save some $$. read more

While downtown picking up a sandwich at a local pop up bakery decided to stop here for a brew. So happy I did! What super cool brewery vibes. And friendly service. Wide open spaces with views of the manufacturing space. I had a raspberry sour 6.6 % refreshing and delicious! Second was the Pilsner. Also refreshing and a delicious light drinking beer. No food on site, but we ( me and my bestie) brought sandwiches, so....and like typical brewery style games are available. No televisions so if you're hoping to watch the game this is not the spot, lol. Definitely delicious beers! And better fresh on tap. Plenty of seating outside with fireplaces so I bet it's a great time in the summer. Do it! Enjoy life. Drink good beer. SYOY! read more

We opted for Manny's Pale Ale, which was a delight since it's not available in stores. Additionally, you can keep the keg for up to 10 days before incurring a charge of over $100. read more

It's a nice big space and very comfortable. The outdoor seating looks like it would be perfect on a non-rainy day. There is even a gorgeous fire pit. The guys behind the bar are very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained a few brews, and let us try a couple of samples before we decided. Myself and my sister got the ginger beer, and it was amazing. The hubby got some hazy IPA that was really nice too. BIL had an IPA as well, and he loved it. I'm just visiting the area, so I can't come back soon, but the next time I vicariously the sister and BIL I'll definitely be returning to GB ! read more

This was my first time here, attending a Pride beer release. Both indoor and outdoor settings are open, spacious, and comfortable. The ambience is nicely relaxed, the folks are friendly, and the beers are solid. The new Pride release, "Shelly's Leg", is a deliciously approachable IPA named for a historic Seattle bar/disco and perfect for summer. I was impressed by the setting and beer and will be back!!!! read more

We just had work happy hour at Georgetown Brewing this past week. It's a great meeting spot. Since I'm not a drinker, my review is based on the venue and not the brews. They do offer ginger beer and root beer and you can bring in any non-alcoholic beverages for your event to enjoy onsite. This applies to food as well, since they do not sell food. I brought in Costco snacks and a cooler full of Spindrifts. They have an outdoor patio, as well as indoor seating. If you have a large party, arrive a little early to start saving tables. read more

I love a good local successful place with great products that is super community oriented and Georgetown Brewing Company fits that description. This was my first time back here since their remodel and expansion of the bar area. It is now very open with both inside and outside areas with lots of seating and standing options in which to enjoy your brews. Possibly overlooked is their large merchandise area tucked away in the corner. There are a lot of items for purchase there and I can usually find a T Shirt on sale to show my love for this place. Today I got a green Lucille shirt for only $10. For beer, I was only here for one and the Mars Attacks Blood Orange Cream Pale Ale caught my eye probably due to the title. It was not your typical brew with it being less hoppy and an easier smoother drink IMO. There are always so many options to choose from that a taster flight might be a good choice to pick your favorite. The bar is well staffed with knowledgeable people and there are growlers for sale labeled very well behind the bar. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I need to return here more frequently! read more

Being in Georgetown on a Friday afternoon, of course I had to stop by Georgetown brewery, I just had to! I've tried many of their beers in restaurants and purchased at the grocery stores, but it was great to finally stop by where the magic is made. Quick and friendly service from the bartenders, knowledgeable as well. I ordered the Ecotone IPA, this one also helps out the salmon fisheries with each purchase, making it double fun. A little hazy, we'll balanced and not over hoppy, very drinkable. The atmosphere was fun and friendly on a busy Friday afternoon, some still finishing up work on their laptop, while most were enjoying the brews. Here at the brewery they have a few beers that you can't get elsewhere, so another perk to making it down to the Georgetown district. Lots of interesting merchandise and you can purchase most of the tapped beers in growlers, hopefully soon in crowlers too? Lots of restaurants and other breweries nearby to explore as well. One of my favorite breweries when I lived in Seattle! Manny's was my go-to during college. Super glad that they have seating indoor and outdoor! Their growlers are awesome value if you live near the area! If their policy is the same, just bring your used growler and they will swap you for a full one! Staff is always pretty friendly. Great brewery with a wide selection of beers (and a few other things) and a casual place to hang out. They got some fun and funky stuff as well as all the great usuals. All the way in south Seattle in a little industrial area, there's plenty of parking around. The inside isn't that big for when it gets busy but there's a lot of standing bars and tables. There's a little outside area.... for when it's not raining lol. During the busy times it can definitely get loud and somewhat rowdy in here so don't expect this to be a date kind of spot most of the time. read more

If you're a PNW beer-lover, Georgetown is a staple at any bar or restaurant -- in fact, the Bodhizafa is the unofficial mascot and beer of choice for my bar trivia team, not to mention Lucille's and Manny's! It's safe to say I was pretty darn excited when I got a change to visit the brewery behind my faves. I usually stick to the breweries in Cap Hill and Ballard, but this was well-worth the trek down to SoDo. It's inside a fun, industrial building -- they have a lively patio and a sunny, airy seating area inside. All of the bartenders are very friendly and helpful for making recommendations. I'm a huge fan of all of their beers, and love that they have merch too. I snagged a Bodi pin for myself. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

Love it! Great beer, great prices, a lot of seating, plenty of parking, and helpful servers. It is not romantic or anything, but has plenty of seating for small groups. Outdoor seating as well with umbrellas. People bring their cats and dogs too! I don't think they have food. They do have events like trivia which sounds fun. read more

My wife and I stopped into Georgetown for a couple slurps while in the area. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Visa is an accepted form of payment. Georgetown doesn't have a kitchen; outdoor food is welcome. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Décor is modern warehouse setting. Table service is not offered; orders are placed and paid for at the counter. Georgetown swag is available for purchase; however, during our visit all swag was extremely slim picking in options and sizes. Frustrating. I did settle on a trucker hat for $25 and a women's hoodie for $35. Pints were running at $5.75 each. Service was aloof. Overall, Georgetown has great beer but not one of my favorite breweries. read more

The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The beers were light, refreshing, and had a good kick. Tucked into an industrial area is this tap room. The inside area has huge metal barn looking doors. They have inside and outside seating. But sometimes, you need to go right to the source and this is exactly what I did when I recently found myself in the area. It was a cloudy Tuesday afternoon and while their cool outdoor drinking space looked tempting, I opted for a table inside their modern, bright tasting room. I was surprised at how many people were there at 2pm. But hey, it's Seattle after all! I ordered a Bob's Brown Lager (which was good!) then got a small tasting flight because I couldn't decide what to get next. It was a fun chance to try some of their new things and, of course, to have a sip of my fave (Manny's!!!) while I was there. Georgetown makes great beer. I wasn't aware this new brewery taproom had been built until a user group meeting was scheduled here. It's got really good ambiance. It's well laid out. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating. There's a good amount of parking out front. All the people I've interacted with have been super nice. I highly recommend the Gusto Crema. read more

The ambiance here is good, a good place to meet with friends. There are seating areas outside that are great for hanging out. They have a decent selection of beer but no ciders. There are seltzer options if you're avoiding gluten or beer. The staff were friendly and I didn't feel hurried when ordering and that process was easy.
