I do not reccomend this company. My Home Warranty 2-10 had this company show up to my house for a service call. The technician smelled like he spent the night at the bar and came straight to my house. He did a marginal job at trouble shooting my unit and left saying that someone would be in touch . 3 days later I reached out to George the owner who said he would get the infoprmation to the home warranty company to fix or replace the unit. After another few days ofhearing nothing I reached out again to Goerge who said "I'll get it to them today." He did not. I called the home warranty people who had not heard anything from George at all. When I called Goerge again he said "You have 2 A/C units on your house so, it's not a big deal. An update; since no one called us back we called another reputable hvac company and the problem wasn't the coil at all. They took apart the unit and found oil leaking. Turns out we needed a whole unit replacement. If just the coil was replaced it would have only been a temporary fix. So in addition to no callback, they couldn't even diagnose the problem! read more

Our home warranty dispatched this company to take a look at our AC. We realized the AC wasn't working on Sunday night and by Monday morning they had us scheduled for early Tuesday. Lucky for us Keith the tech had the part in his car and fixed it immediately. We are so so grateful to Keith for getting this fixed in a timely manner. Assigned by 2-10. I was called within minutes of 2-10 submitting the service request and they were super nice. They worked with my schedule and got me in right when i needed it. When they came out, they didn't try to upsell me at all. I told them that another company said my unit was 20+ years old and needed complete replacement a little ways back. The service rep proved the unit was actually pretty new and was in amazing shape (just bought the house last year) and showed me pictures to prove it. The other company totally tried to trick me. We just needed one small part changed out and the AC was working better than ever. I couldn't recommend more. Didn't try to rip me off and provide fast quality care. Our home warranty company hired George's to come fix our broken AC. They called us right away and got us an appointment within a day. (Which is great in the summer!) Our technician Keith was courteous, on time to our appointment, identified the problem quickly, explained the issue well, and had it fixed in less than an hour. i had a noise in my a/c unit ,on 6/2/2025 they came out and said my unit was fine 6/10 my unit stopped working,called George's -he told me to call" my warranty company"-so i did ,i did 6/12 never heard from , Georges. 6/13 called Georges-said he could look at it 6/16 after a 112 degree Sunday,anyway on 6/13 called another company they came out at 6 pm and found condenser fan motor was bad and bearing attached to fan blade was bad! came out Saturday morning,replaced both and thankfully had a cool home for fathers day! i realize this is peak cooling season-but if George's tech would have done his job on check out my AC the first time my family would have been okay, and under warranty! instead i paid out of pocket-but i did find a worthy company to do my service on 10 rentals and my home from now on! read more

George's Heating and AC provide some of the best service and quality work I have ever experienced. I have a home warranty, and sometime I notice the warranty company can select contractors that aren't the best....not in this case. George's has repaired AC issues that other contractors were not able to. I have two units that are 19 years old. Over the years, I've had the same technician three times. He's always friendly, professional, timely and does amazing work! George's is fantastic and I would highly recommend - warranty company or not. I'm sure on most given days George's is an acceptable option, meaning if they can make additional money off of you they'll respond. Not only did I pay 80$ for an inspection, I never got an inspection report or a response in the three days following payment. When I filed a dispute with the credit card company George decided to call my Realestate agent and harass them instead of? Reaching out to their client? Who, by the way, is another business, with deadlines to meet. So I will send yet another email to try and clear this up, but honestly, I could have gone without the forgotten appointment scheduled, the extra two hours wasted waiting for these people, and a harassing phone call the next day demanding payment and not letting me get off the phone while waist deep in payroll... so yeah. Tried calling this company to make an appointment for a diagnosis of my A/C unit because that is who my warranty company assigned me. My home is currently 90 degrees. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and suggested that the end of the week would be an acceptable time for them to come an diagnose my problem. She suggested I call my warranty company and have someone else assigned. Why warranty companies keep using them is beyond me. No wonder their reviews are so bad. Home warranty issue. The lady who answered phone was rude and disrespectful. Very unhelpful. She Told us it would be 4-5 days before they could get to us. An ac company who can't respond in the heat of summer in a timely manner is worthless to us. 109 degrees and forecasted 108,106, 109, for the next few days so we decided not to wait because of the rude service we got over the phone and we also didn't feel like dying this month so we decided to go out of pocket and call someplace else. We called multiple places and they were able to have a technician out within 4 hours so we chose the one with the best rating and they were amazing!!!! read more

I have a Home Warranty and last year needed a repair on AC. Apparently the company they sent (not from George's) did not do a quality job. I turned A/C on recently and there was no cool air! George was assigned from HW CO. He came promptly in the time frame, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I am very pleased. He was professional and efficient. Contacted George's to repair my condensate tubing. I informed them that we are in the middle of selling our house and needed this done before close of escrow. George himself, told me he would be out there in a couple of days. He never showed up. I texted him twice in three days asking if he was still planning on coming and received no answer. I then sent him a final text telling him I needed to know by 2pm that day if he could still come out, otherwise I would be using someone else for my services. He immediately texted me back and said he would put me on the schedule for 9:30am that Friday. I waited around all morning for him or someone to show up on that Friday. They never called me or anything. I sent him a very firm text message stating that I would be going with a different company since no one showed up at the time he scheduled for. I gave this company multiple chances, and each time they were as flaky as a company could get. No apology's whatsoever, and do nothing to correct their actions. I would not recommend George's to anyone who needs something done in a timely fashion. I don't know what kind of a company George runs, but it's sure not a reliable one. read more

After waiting four days for another company to contact me or return my calls, 2-10 home warranty changed the work order to George's. Within 10 minutes of the change order, Madison called from George's to schedule my appointment for Friday, the next day! Within the stated arrival time frame, I received a call from George to confirm that someone in fact would be home and to let me know a technician was on the way to my house. Cesar arrived about 20 minutes later. He was very professional, friendly, and masked up per COVID-19 recommendations. Cesar diagnosed the problem immediately, and was able to fix the unit in about 30 minutes. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the overall experience once George's had the work order! read more

I had scheduled this company to replace my AC, but when George showed up he said he didn't have the unit yet and had to check to see what size. He told me he'd call back later that day with more info. I never heard back, and the following week my calls and email were never returned. My realtor even tried calling them for me, as she had recommended them for the 210 warranty coverage; they told her they'd call me but never did. Finally I gave up and called another contractor as 210 coverage does NO good if a contractor won't actually come do the work. At this point even if George's called to schedule the work, I'd be dubious if they would really come do it. Very unprofessional to drop the ball like that. Cesar was awesome! Ok for starters, 2-10 customer here. AC went out in the middle of this heat wave, 112+ days, inside of the house it was 95+. Unfortunately everyone and their mother was also having issues so George's was backed up with jobs, they could not see us for over a week. Anyways, when they were able to come out they sent their tech Cesar. The guy was great, he was friendly, thought me a few things and overall just a really nice guy. If I ever have issues in the future I'm asking for him. While 2-10, well sucks at resolving the issues sooner than later, I'm very happy with the serve that George's provided. They are a solid company, their workers appear to be very happy and I got the feeling that Cesar actually cared / he really wanted to fix the issue. Another 2-10 Warranty customer. Called in an order and was assigned this company. The fan is not turning in the AC, so it shuts down automatically. This in 100 degree heat. 2-10 labeled our call "Emergency" and when George's called, they told us they could be out in 4 days. When I said that wasn't going to work, they shortened it to 3 days. Given how 2-10s systems work, you're damned if you do (switch to another contractor and possibly lose the Friday date) and damned if you don't (wait it out and see if George's shows up on Friday). When I reached out again after never being contacted back the woman that answers the phone is a customer service failure. She's arrogant, rude, dismissive and lacking in so many areas of decency and service. When I informed her this issue needs attention it's been days since they were originally assigned this job. She was dismissive and told me they are the preferred vendor and set my appointment for the 9th. It's the 1st of July... Cesar came out to investigate an issue we were having with the fresh air circulating system and was professional, thorough and friendly. We have been using Russett for the past 2 years and, after their last visit in July of 2018, will not use them again (long story), but will now use George's. First impressions are lasting! read more

I don't ever write reviews but I feel so strongly about this awful company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE! RUDE! This company was sent to my house by my home warranty company , 2-10. They are not professional and the technicians have NO IDEA what they are doing. To make a long story short, George's replaced a coil that was leaking. The men took a couple hours to install the new coil but they couldn't get the heat to work. I had to point out to them that my thermostats were working off of " emergency heat" . I watched two men fumble around my home trying to fix the thermostats. After over an hour, I had to ask them to leave my home because it was very apparent that they did not know what they were doing. I then proceeded to fix the thermostats MYSELF! The owner of the company called and was beyond RUDE! Telling me that I kicked his men out before they could finish the job. Well that would be true because his men were not capable of finishing the job. This should tell you all you need to know. George is extremely rude and AWFUL to deal with. He even had the audacity to ask for his money even after his men couldn't finish the job. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!! read more

Solid reliable company with competitive prices. Most times even lower.

2-10 Home Warranty assigned them to repair my heater as it has failed. Told them I have 4 little ones (all between 4-12) and we have no heat. It took them 8 days to come to the house to look at it, told me 2-3 days for the replacement part to come in and get installed. This was before Christmas, now its 4 weeks since the initial call and almost 3 weeks since I was told 2-3 days and I still have no heat in my house and can't even get them to answer or return any calls. read more

This was the 3rd HVAC Repair company my warranty company recommended after the first 2 couldn't diagnose and fix the problem. These guys came over and successfully diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and immediately had a new compressor ordered. They installed it the following week (fairly quickly) and now my AC finally works! Overall great, fast and efficient service read more

2-10 home warranty sent this company to diagnose and repair my AC. After 2 visits my issue is still not resolved. During their first visit they didn't understand the issue even though i clearly explained it. They changed the thermostat thinking that would fix the issue and it didnt. During the second visit the tech actually witnessed the issue as i described it and seemed puzzled. After being up on my roof for a while he came down with a circuit board telling me this was the issue and that he had replaced it, Then tried to charge me for the deductible again which i had paid on the first visit but the problem was not resolved. The tech claimed this was a separate issue but i refused to pay. They left in a huff and a week later and the issue remains. 2-10 has been very accommodating and offered to send out a different company, hopefully they will know what they are doing. read more
