This company was sent to us through American Home Shield. They explained to us that our compressor had seized and shorted out the system. The technician and the office informed us they would be getting a compressor through American Home Shield and install as soon as it came in, which should be within 3 to 5 business days. On day 5, I reached out to them to ask when they would be installing. They informed me that they had turning the repair back over to home shield the day before. They rudely explained to us that it was not their job to inform us, American Home Shield had to reach out to us. Again, they made this decision after 6 total days. The office manager explained that they did not want to take the job because they do not get paid enough by American Home Shield to replace compressors and that they get unfavorable scoring from home shield if they take on too many big jobs like this from them. The lack of integrity and professionalism from this company is unfathomable. Temperatures in our area had climbed over 100° and this company avoided the repair because they could not talk us into buying a brand new system. They also unwired our system and left it that way so the next company that came out could not properly analyze the problem. Avoid them at all cost. read more

As others have said, this is a scammy company that works with American Home Shield Warranty. They came for the tune-up that was provided by our warranty, with the co-pay of $100. Not only is this more than what we would have paid going directly with the company, but it was also incredibly poor service. We just had our next tune up today from a different company, and two things with our HVAC we re-installed incorrectly and one piece was missing entirely. The only person who has touched our HVAC since we purchased this house is Absolute, up until today. They should have caught these things or are to blame, absolutely ridiculous. read more

My 2010 Rheem heat pump has had issues several times . I have an American Home Warranty with high deductible bought online. I called Friday AHW they assigned another contractor who could not even come out until Tuesday . I called back and requested Absolute, has used them with warranty before. Chad was there the next day Saturday but couldn't get part until Monday and quickly repaired failed blower motor thank you! I found Absolute heating cooling & refrigeration to be the best most reliable professional hvac team to diagnose and service said unit. The starting point person on the phone Jenita always helpful . Bill the owner has also made a big repair .Guy another experienced tech has also been here to diagnose problems . Chad was so helpful this last service call. They do an outstanding job from the time they arrive until they leave. Very polite and caring of us, our house, garage and outside area around the units! They put covers on their shoes when entering the home checking the wall control and changing the air filter! It is really nice to know that there are people in business around here that care!!! They called Mon.morning and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Showed up right on time had the part and got the system going. Well, where to start off. Janida, the manager, wonderful lady, such a winner that one, horrible customer services skills but from her words "just a button pusher". I called ahs for two ac not working, they came out, fixed one, said they needed parts for the other then closed out my case as completed but clearly it wasn't. Then janida gives a call a WEEK later saying "I don't know why they needed to order the parts we already have those" and sends another tech out. This other technician says "oh did "guy" (another tech) come out? We confirmed and he knew exactly what was going on. He took apart the machine again said we needed a fuse and a motherboard now which would take months to get. Proceeded to leave with our whole machine still apart and his tools left behind. So we call good ol janida next day to see what's actually going on and of course the manager knows nothing "call my technician idk anything" well your technicians have told me multiple stories and I was hoping you can provide clarification on the situation but nope, janida hung up in anger after telling me I can go to another company. The second picture is the unprofessional text from the manager after her technician comes out and still can't fix my ac. She figured let's just cancel the whole work order and tell ahs she was verbally abusing us. Lol never once cussed or was out of line. Miss manager just couldn't answer questions properly and realized she couldn't finish what she started. If you want someone to fix your ac don't go here especially in this arizona heat. This is the company that my home warranty contracts with. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday and received confirmation from the home warranty company for an 8am that Friday. Friday morning comes around and after an hour of waiting I call, where I am rudely told I must have gotten the date wrong, even though I had written confirmation. The woman told me she had me written down for Saturday at 8am, I told her I would call back to confirm that afternoon as we had travel plans I needed to see if I could rearrange. I called back that afternoon saying that 8am Saturday would work, where she then told me no, my time was between 9:45-11:45 that next morning. When I reminded her she said 8am, she said she would try to get me the 8am the next day and call back to confirm. She never called me back. I then get a text this morning that I'll need to reschedule because they were there at 8am. To say lack of communication is an understatement. They absolutely did not care to communicate when the appointment would be, we're very rude on the phone and were the ones who didn't book correctly according to my home warranty. Would not recommend or use a company who clearly does not care to treat its customers well and communicate with them. read more
