Went into order take out and was greeted by friendly staff members when I entered. There was a decent crowd and we were all greeted by a friendly staff. Ordering was easy and got my food pretty quick as well. It's your typical diner fare: burgers, soup, breakfast. But it's still darn good diner fare. You want burgers for breakfast, bam, you got it (which I did). Got the pub burger, pretty darn good. Or if you want breakfast as well, they got you covered too. Really good George Webb. Would come to this location again.

Friendly staff busting their humps to service the full house. Food met expectations. I'd go again if in the mood and neighborhood.

Placemat. Looking for coupons.

Basic sit down counter service. Placed order, wait for food. The waitress was nice, smiled and looked at us once. She served the drinks; water and coffee. Food was slower than expected. Food quality and service were standard. Pretty much a same thing here. Our server took the check, credit card and cashed us out. She was very helpful. The highligt of the visit. My wife's hash browns were over cooked, too crispy and crunchy. They should be soft, lightly browned and chewy. Thanks server lady for taking care of us.

Your typical MKE 24 hour greasy spoon. Cheap, good food. Great late night that is always open. Good luck trying to get refills on anything.

I had hair in my food, the waitress didn't ask how was the food. My omelette wasn't cooked all the way my toast was burned.

There's plenty of parking and easy access in to restaurant. They are always busy and there was a…read more10-15 minute wait which was accurate. As soon as we walked in the NOISE smacks you right in the face and ears. The restaurant was spacious and clean with a nice menu but the NOISE makes it almost unbearable. My wife ordered the Crème brûlée French toast which looked good but was extremely sweet and quickly turned mushy. She would not order it again. My mother in law ordered French toast and bacon. The bacon was hard and difficult for her to eat and the French toast was average. I ordered a BLT, added an egg to make it a BELT, and then added cheese to make it a BELTCH sandwich with crispy fries and a cup of chicken dumpling soup which came with the meal. I even told the waitress that I hate soggy limp fries. Because I lost my smell and taste 5 months ago I asked my wife to try the soup, and when she took 2 spoons I knew she liked it and she told me it tasted good. My sandwich was nice and thick, full of good food and the lettuce was very fresh but they were hot house tomatoes. My fries arrived COLD and SOGGY . I would order it again, however, I doubt we will ever return to the restaurant. The WOMENs restroom is under construction so they have to share with the men and I would think that a restaurant that size with only one functioning restroom is a health code violation. While waiting in line to use the men's restroom, a very nice lady told me that it's been under construction for a very long time. I noticed that there were 4 men inside of the restroom standing around TALKING and NO WORK was being done. They made sure to try to keep the door closed every time someone walked by. I sure hope that they are not being paid by the hour. If you try out the restaurant, Take ear plugs and schedule extra time for your visit. The restaurant is average at best,

The gravy was yummy but the biscuit was a little too filling for me with how heavy the rest of the dish was - I'm sure people love it but it just wasn't for me. The cheesy hash browns were amazing, I mean who doesn't like cheesy hash browns.... This place is a classic family restaurant style/atmosphere but with more food options/variety. This was my first time and I can't wait to come again!

They have such a great selection of…read morebreakfast food including incredible stuffed hashbrowns, which you can even sub in for regular hashbrowns. Their monkey bread is an absolute must and you have to include the "crunk it" sauce. As for atmosphere the restaurant is relatively large with a few seats at the bar top.

Did you know that Blue's Egg serves a fish fry on Fridays during Lent? Until last week I didn't…read moreknow that either. Their website has a popup on the home page saying it comes with fried haddock, potato pancakes, applesauce, and rye bread, but the popup doesn't list the price and it isn't available through the online ordering function. I ended up calling in an order to go, substituting wheat bread for the rye, and also added a piece of lemon ginger coffee cake. The lemon ginger coffee cake tasted fine, but man was it dry. Like Sahara Desert dry. Maybe this was an anomaly and their other baked goods are better, but I'd be hesitant to try them based on this coffee cake. Even though the website says the side is potato pancakes with applesauce, my fish fry came with fries. They ended up being the best part of the meal, which I certainly wasn't expecting. Still, I was disappointed cause I prefer potato pancakes and was given their inclusion as an expectation. The wheat bread itself was ok, but the butter was oddly unsalted. The fish, of which there was three pieces, was battered with a hint of beer, but like the butter for the bread there was no salt to speak of in the batter. As much as I didn't enjoy the unsalted butter for the bread, not having salt in the batter for the fish managed to be more unpleasant. Maybe Blue's Egg should just stick with serving breakfast items instead of adding something temporary that they clearly aren't pros at.
