I just wanted to see if I could come back and trust this guy but I'm not a fan. To reset it, you hold a set of keys on the keyboard to reset it or you unscrew 4 screws from the back and remove the battery plug back in and that's it. I asked him what he had to do and he said a " hard" reset. That was all. That was the price I had to pay to get it up and running and he knew that because I told him so that I needed it fixed so I can work on my project. He heard of my predicament. Not a fan of this businesses like this. Best Buy would have just told me straight up and fixed it.
