For this they used a flex conduit and to hold the flex conduit outdoor-rated fasteners need to be used. This was clearly not the case, as there is corrosion and rust clearly visible on the fasteners that were used to hold the conduit (see pictures). I'm sure of this because we also had conduit installed by another electrical contractor for another purpose on a similar exterior wall on the other side of the house that has zero corrosion on it. I reached out to them several times over the span of 4 weeks regarding this, and didn't hear back once. I also specifically remember that the person sent out to do the work was very rude and difficult to work with. This was particularly relevant for hanging a chandelier, since it ended up crooked and he didn't ask for feedback until after he had already taken down his scaffolding, and wasn't willing to put it back up. So to this day we still have a misaligned chandelier. Cost isn't all that matters. For what this level of quality you're better off either learning to DIY, or paying more to hire a better company if you want everything done right and good customer service.

They cracked the drywall and will not reimburse for the repair…read more I had a new direct line ran for a new outlet to the circuit box. When they were in the attic running the wire down the wall to the circuit box, for some reason they had a issue getting the wire down the wall. Whatever tool they used cracked the drywall directly on the other side of the wire. It was a pain having the drywall fixed. I had to remove my TV for the dry wall guy, take time off of work, and have the whole wall painted so it would blend in and not look like a patch job. The owner said he would reimburse me for the bill for the repair. I sent him a copy of what I paid the drywall guy but he has not gotten back to me. It is very hard to contact this company, if you call you will find you always get voicemail. I should of known better. Very dishonest company, I would stay far away from these guys even for a simple job like mine. Update 1: The owner texted me to let me know he intends to reimburse me but he has just been to busy. It's been over a week and I have not gotten any refund, so I feel there is dishonesty in this. Update 2: The owner never reimbursed me. As I suspected, he was lying. I lost quite a bit of money for a relatively simple job. If only I chose another company.

Knowing that they are a small business we called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to view the camper we found through a third party listing. They responded almost immediately and remained very easy to get ahold of through the entire experience. They stayed a bit after hours for us to view the camper, answered all our questions, and - part of what we enjoyed the most - applied absolutely NO pressure to purchase whatsoever! Not once did we ever feel like we were being talked into a purchase. They wanted us to do what was best for our family and it was obvious! We agreed to purchase the camper on a handshake and let them know we would have to get some business in order. A couple of weeks later once all business was handled on our end we showed up for our scheduled final walk through and Darrell talked my husband and I through every inch of the camper as requested. He even generously helped my husband install a goose box attachment for no additional charge. It's super convenient, you just drive through and don't even have to get out of your car. You line up in the back, and I was greeted right away. The first employee took my insurance card, got my mileage, and directed me forward. Then another gentleman helped me finish up. They asked if I wanted to pay for my registration on the spot for an additional $7, which I appreciated since I just wanted everything taken care of at once. There is also a $2 debit card fee, which was fine. One small thing, I did notice a tip jar, and there's also a tip option when you pay by card. I'm a little unsure how I feel about that in this type of service, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I left with my sticker in hand. Super fast, super easy--bravo! The four stars is because of the tipping, employees were great!

"Discount Tires" is my GOTO store for tires and wheels. Today they once again earned my loyalty…read more I have had an issue with either my tires or my wheels on my 2012 Toyota Tundra. I don't drive it often, so it's only got 134k on the clock. Yet, I feel a vibration up front whenever I get a rotation. It usually comes in at about 60-65 miles an hour (see video). We have been chasing this issue for a couple of years now. It was sporadic at first, but now as the tire starts to wear more it's very noticeable. So today I went in expecting a fight or at least some major pushback. I was met by "Gilbert", a very nice but intense young man. I explained my issue and showed him a video of the problem. He advised me I was out of the warranty window, but I reminded him that this has been an ongoing issue. He offered to replace the tires, valued at $288 per tire, plus $49 per certificate for a total of $254.00. Not exactly what I had in mind for a set of tires I've had issues with this long. I countered with repurchasing the two certificates for $98.00 and they exchange my tires. He agreed. The tires were ordered and I return tomorrow 9/12/25 to have them installed.
