Just the tank, pan, and 'labor' (an hour) was just shy of $4000. The remaining was for 'permit and processing' and 'replace hose bib'. That tank is around $800 retail, so that's a very expensive lesson. We are waiting on the service manager to call us and walk us through it.... We had to call them back because they didn't call us. I'm sure it is shocking to hear that 'it's just their price', but they have a whopping two-year warranty. Wow. In our view, they took advantage of folks who trusted them to help. Not good business.
