They sent Phil out immediately and he fixed the scrubber/filter unit (recently installed by a competitor), disconnected a cold air return duct that shouldn't have been installed in the first place and turned on a breaker that was off. The system is working great now for just a one hour service call - excellent work with no upselling. I told Mom to call Bob's from now on.

Shane was sent to me through AHS home warranty to repair my central air system. He was great! He…read morehad mapped out exactly what I needed and I expected him to return to complete the repair. Unfortunately, AHS decided that Salcido would do the repair. They were okay but weren't as communicative as Shane had been as far as telling me what was going on and how things would be fixed. Salcido finished the job - using a different thermostat than what Shane had installed during his initial visit. The A/C worked so no problem - except it kept switching on and off on auto mode. I thought that the thermostat was more sensitive or something so I didn't pay much attention. Then I got my electric bill and about had heart failure. It was huge! It was nearly double what it had been for the same month during the previous year. Thankfully, I had saved the thermostat that Shane had initially installed and put it back on. No more on and off cycling and no more huge bills! I definitely wish Shane had been allowed to do the entire project. As I write this, it's now three years later and the heat is out. I've done all I know to do and have submitted a claim through AHS again and got the message that Shane will be contacting me for the repair within 24 hours. I will be crossing my fingers that he gets to handle the entire project!

Over the past year alone, they've helped more than a dozen of my clients, as well as serviced the HVAC system at my Airbnb, where guests aren't always the gentlest on equipment. Every single time, they've been incredibly responsive, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. What I appreciate most is that they never try to upsell unnecessary repairs or services. They take the time to explain what's actually needed, provide fair solutions, and stand behind their work. In an industry where trust is everything, I trust them completely. Whether it's a routine service call, troubleshooting an issue, or helping a client through an unexpected HVAC problem during a real estate transaction, Columbia Cooling & Refrigeration is always my first call. They've earned my confidence and continue to be my go-to recommendation for clients, friends, and family throughout the Wenatchee Valley. Professional, dependable, and honest- exactly the kind of company you want to work with.

He handled the majority of my hearings without me even having to be there. In the end, I wound up with probably the best case scenario I could have hoped for in my situation and was very pleased with the result. The only thing I would say otherwise is that I didn't always know what was going on since I wasn't at all of the hearings myself but he was communicative when it mattered!

I was pulled over because my third tail light was out. John was able to, without a doubt, prove that my driving was not impaired using the police dash cam footage. He spent just under a year working with me, explaining his procedure as we went along and even answered an email after hours on a Saturday. We ultimately agreed on a plea bargain and because of John's forethought I had completed all the court mandates, less the fines imposed the day of the plea. I personally didn't want to risk a DUI at trial given the circumstances in my case. John was able to achieve a plea to a lesser charge of Neg.1 to keep my license and life moving forward during COVID-19. Thank you John!
