The people in the store were very knowledgeable and very helpful. But with being said- they don't have any comfortable chairs to sit in and wait. There is no drinking fountain. They don't have a bathroom to use -they send you down to Starbucks to use their bathroom, which is three stores away. As a disabled senior, I find that unacceptable. I would highly recommend the East Wenatchee Verizon store if you want quality service in a friendly, patient environment. Margo Hernandez provided exceptionally patient and professional expertise to my technical questions regarding a new email account. He took the time to explain the process and in an understandable way. He was not there for a quick sale and then "push you out the door, but instead provided the quality follow-up, what I believe is the "value-added" in strong customer service. Super helpful. Had phone not getting any signal and was on insurance (we had finally paid it off just a few months ago). Our local Chelan store told me it was due to Spokane tower problem and said wait 2 weeks and then come back (even though we could find no one else having issue). They just looked at the phone, said it was old, and if it wasn't working after a couple weeks they could sell us a new phone. The next day I took it to this Verizon store and immediately got help as soon as I walked in the door. They tested it a multitude of ways and didn't give up until they determined the problem (phone was bad). A new phone is on the way at no cost. I can't thank them enough. The gal that helped me understands customer service and how to maintain life long customers - a glaring difference to my experience in Chelan. read more

I had the worst experience of my life with the manager Hispanic manager of this location Wenatchee Washington the guy was a total jerk I came in there frustrated over my Verizon account there was some big issues over charges that it happened and more it was very complicated when I called Bryce and it's self and people kept making mistakes over my account and I went into the store to try to resolve it and I was very upset very frustrated taking me several days and I was gonna lose this account I tried to explain it to the manager who had very little patience he was more interested in getting a new account opened then solving my problem he was extremely extremely overbearing and controlling and I don't like to repeat myself over and over so he was making the matter worse and he didn't like the words that came out of my mouth and that was because I didn't like how he looked at me how he talk to me how he treated me next thing you know I'm so mad at the conversation we had I started crying publicly in front of many workers I kept telling him I just wanna resolve this he kept telling me he can't swear how many times do you have to tell someone that not one time he told me seven times it was over redundant I kept telling him let's MoveOn please resolve this issue I'm going to lose my cell phone after several minutes of crying and dealing with this he finally figured it out in the meantime in my opinion the manager should never talk to a guest that way and never make it loud for other people can hear which I was embarrassed by embarrassed employees heard it customers heard it how embarrassing to be crying in the store when you're trying to resolve your account please investigate this matter and terminate the span for sections there was witnesses employees he probably told his side of the story but now you're hearing mine read more

Today I was unable to purchase a new phone for my daughters birthday, I had her mother on speaker phone to answers any questions to access the account but they wouldn't have any of it. After today's experience we are dropping all of our verizon services. read more

I had previously made a post dated payment arrangement with verizon dated 10/20/21. Ii have had my phone disconnected twice since then, including today. Been trying to contact a real person for the last hour and the robot keeps telling me "there are no live agents available today". I am going to shop for another provider. read more

I'm a local and have been to this store 4 times in the past 3 years: either to purchase a new phone, add a phone, change a plan, get accessories, or fix a broken phone. EVERY TIME, the staff were very friendly, courteous, knowledgable and never felt pressure for buying a more expensive phone or plan...in fact they REDUCED my monthly bill, seeing that I wasn't using what features I had. The last time I was in, I was assisted by Esmerelda who was a very professional, attentive, knowledgeable young woman, and it was a delight to talk with her. I thought my cell phone was actually broken but she immediately recognized it was a minor issue! After I purchased a few things, she even walked me to the door like I was at a friends home for a visit. I was able to go to Verizon in Wenatchee at a time when the store was not crowded and didn't have to wait a long while. If you have to wait, KNOW that when you are assisted, you will be given quality service with a patient helpful staff person who will take the time to set up your phone (or whatever), discuss plans and help you get you going with your new product. read more

They should get an automatic checking station or just simply a dispenser of numbers for waiting. Long waits to buy a SIM card when there is a sales associate waiting around the store to make a list of people waiting. read more

They have AWESOME customer service! I've worked with Esmerelda, Emily, Ruben, Marco, Julio, and others (sorry if I left you out), and ALL have been wonderful and helpful. I've been in several times, even with questions about how to use my phone and they have always given me undivided attention. I've been very lucky with not waiting long (never more than 10 minutes), but if you do have to wait, you will be treated exceptionally. They really do their best with trying to accommodate everyone. read more

Verizon has a great network, and a wide variety of phones to choose from. However, I did not give it 4 or 5 stars because whenever I go into my local verizon store, I feel like the process to get a new phone is super complicated. And I feel like they do it (almost) on purpose so they try to add more fees in there so you won't notice it unless you deal with this stuff every day. Went there yesterday looking to upgrade my phone and they made it sound super complicated. Even the sales guy said "I know this is confusing and complicated..." so then I went to Costco and spoke to a guy at their wireless connection kiosk. They were really helpful, straight forward, and had a better promotion going on there. So I got my phone there. While the kiosk at Costco had less phones to choose from, I'm happy I got it there instead of my local Verizon store. Today I went to return my old phone at my local verizon store, and they were not very friendly when we told them that we were hosting turning in my old phone and we had bought from the Verizon kiosk in Costco. read more

Great customer service having trouble with my phone. I was not able to charge my phone. He found some lint in the female end cleaned it out. I had gone to another store in the area She treated me like she was to busy and it was my problem to figure out, she thought no action on her part was needed. She needs some training on PR. read more
