The bud-tenders are always so welcoming and warm and helpful, too. They carry all my favorites if you've never been in, go check it out. This used to be my go to shop whenever I came to visit my parents since it's practically just across the hwy from them but after my experience tonight I doubt I will ever visit the shop again. Which really sucks, because besides being convenient I have really enjoyed every shopping experience I have had there in the past. When I walked in none of the customers and only one of the employees were wearing a mask. I was visibly keeping my distance from the budtender that was helping me. When she told me I could come closer, I informed her that I take mask use very seriously because I have an infant in the house and I am going to visit my grandparents who are in their eighties. After I said this she commented that she should just get over her selfishness and wear one, but still didn't wear one throughout my visit. I finished my transaction stating as far away as physically possible and still being able to pay and get my purchase off which I sanitized the package as soon as I got in my car. As I was walking out another customer came in that was not wearing a mask. Since this business and its employees obviously do not take the health and safety of its customers seriously I will never visit this store again. I have sympathy for and commend the budtender that was wearing his mask. Thank you for doing the right thing and having the bare minimum of respect for other people that is required to wear a mask. I'm kicking myself now for not having more of a backbone, saying something earlier and just waiting until you were done with your customer and bought from you. read more

Best place around to get weed. Staff is super friendly, laid back and knowledgable. Prices and deals are reasonable and cheap. Sometimes stock gets a little low but they've always got solid, clean product. A lot of pesticide free stuff. These bad reviews are hilarious cause American Harvest is solid. Poor little westsider "takes mask wearing very seriously". Most the people here dont wear masks anymore cause its bs. We're all doing just fine without them. Go back to seattle Karen! Had a horrible experience. Walked in with my boyfriend and told our budtender (nick) that I wanted weed gummies to help sleep better and that this was my first time. He told us multiple times to "stick to one". We walked out with 10 mg servings and I told him again Id never done edibles before and he said to stick to one. We stuck to one, expecting an easier time falling asleep, but that was not what happened. my boyfriend and I both experienced extreme paranoia, delusions, hallucinations, racing heart, etc... it was WAY too much to have taken. Im 115 pounds and he's 185 and both of us were lying on the floor unable to get into bed, severely vomiting, and had no idea what was happening to us. It was seriously a really scary experience that could have been easily prevented by advice to take 2.5 mg (as should have been suggested to us) instead of 10. If youre going here, do your own research since you cant rely on them to guide you correctly. This was such a nightmare experience that I hope no one else has to go through :( read more

Good selection, bud tenders are knowledgeable and kind. The wait was long for me arriving with one person before me and not enough bud tenders. When I finally was helped (after 4 other people, who checked-in after I had), I had other customers hovering, interrupting and signaling annoyance with how much time I was taking. Suggestion: limit people in purchasing area to a one to one ratio of bud tenders to customer, and develop/manage a first come, first serve customer service system. I know there is no controlling other people's behavior, but creating a system and space for your customer to ask questions without pressure might affect the overall buying experience. This would have been a 3 star review due to wait time/service system, could have just been an off day/someone called in sick/training staff/etc. Solid selection and I'm lovin' the product. Will definitely check them out again, see if the benefit of the doubt payed off. read more
