I called ahead and they held the shoes for us. When we arrived, they fit perfectly. A kind gentleman even helped us size the shin guards with the cleats so everything was just right. My son was thrilled, and I loved the excellent customer service and selection. Highly recommend this store for any soccer parent!

I purchased a Neymar Jr. Brazil jersey for my son's birthday and paid for it in full upfront. At…read morethe time of purchase, the only jersey available had a stain on it. The store offered either to clean the stained jersey or order a new one once the decals arrived. I chose to wait for a new jersey. After patiently waiting more than 50 days--nearly two months--and with the World Cup only a week away, the owner attempted to give me the same stained jersey instead of the new one that had been promised. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused, especially since the jersey was intended as a birthday gift for my son. They waited to the last minute before manipulating me to keep the stained shirt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business over the years and expected to be treated with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I felt that my loyalty and patience as a customer was completely disregarded.

BOOTS REVIEW The other reviewed complained about the prices being to high, this place tends to have more quality and durable boots than the ones in the Swapmeet. They have many types of animal skin boots to choose from, They also have cheaper alternatives, so you have a wide selection to choose from, to fit your budget. You can also ask to view their magazine, which has even wider selection of boot brands, styles, and material that may not be in store, but can order and pick up in store with no cost. I got some Los Altos Square Toes here almost 1 year ago and they're still lasting me. CUSTOMER SERVICE- Walking in the door, immediately you get asked what you are looking for. The workers are very nice especially the owner. They always try to help in finding your size. That pretty much all I can say, they just do their job. COMPARISON- Bootbarn has nice boots as well but they are really overpriced and if they only have whats on shelf. You can order them online, but you have to pay. Swapmeet boot stores are cheaper but dont tend to last very long and you have a very small selection. Here you can find something in the middle, not to pricey and with a good quality. I dont really care much or pay pay attention to customer service but the small details matter too. Bootbarn usually gets packed and you're on your own to look for items. Here they always try to help each customer that walks in. This place is one my favorites

The only problem was that what I purchased for my firearm had been returned and it was missing parts. So I'm going to return and double check the contents. I'm from Sacramento and we don't have that store there. We have Turnners and 511. This store I will order from and will be going everytime I visit my family here. Thank you Antonio. I was there for an hour and he knew what I was looking for and had info on everything. If he didn't know everything, he looked it up. Awesome guy and employees. The Turnners next door was not as helpful and didn't know what I was looking for. The Turnners at home in Sacramento know me by name and are the best. Wish we had a LAPD store at home.

Both stores have great selections, but focusing on this one.. you'll find a wide variety of shoes, solid clothing options in different materials for different professions, and plenty of cool accessories like flashlights, knives, and even t-shirts you can wear outside of work. The shop itself is very clean and well kept. The only downside is the employees can be hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get someone super helpful, and other times you might catch a bit of attitude depending on the day. Overall though, if you're looking for a one-stop shop to grab everything you need for work or if you're just into knives and gear; this is the place to check out.
