If you're into Chicano streetwear, this place is stacked with options you don't usually see all in one spot. I'm a big collector of Ben Davis pieces, so seeing so many different colors and styles in person-especially ones I've only seen online-was crazy. I genuinely felt like a kid in a candy store. BOOTS REVIEW The other reviewed complained about the prices being to high, this place tends to have more quality and durable boots than the ones in the Swapmeet. They have many types of animal skin boots to choose from, They also have cheaper alternatives, so you have a wide selection to choose from, to fit your budget. You can also ask to view their magazine, which has even wider selection of boot brands, styles, and material that may not be in store, but can order and pick up in store with no cost. I got some Los Altos Square Toes here almost 1 year ago and they're still lasting me. CUSTOMER SERVICE- Walking in the door, immediately you get asked what you are looking for. The workers are very nice especially the owner. They always try to help in finding your size. That pretty much all I can say, they just do their job. COMPARISON- Bootbarn has nice boots as well but they are really overpriced and if they only have whats on shelf. You can order them online, but you have to pay. Swapmeet boot stores are cheaper but dont tend to last very long and you have a very small selection. Here you can find something in the middle, not to pricey and with a good quality. I dont really care much or pay pay attention to customer service but the small details matter too. Bootbarn usually gets packed and you're on your own to look for items. Here they always try to help each customer that walks in. This place is one my favorites

We walk a lot at Disneyland, so we need a good pair of shoes that will give us the support and cushion for our feet. We drove up to get our feet evaluated on their machine at the store. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Finn helped us today and was amazing! He was so patient with us and is so knowledgeable. The evaluation for both our feet were shocking and interesting. They do email you the full report, so you can have it for your record. I love that they are not pushy or rushing you to make a decision. They also do price match if it's the same shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't have the shoe size and color on the shoes we wanted. But we did end up getting a pair of insoles that Finn told us about. Hopefully, this will give us more cushion and stability with the shoes we have now. We highly recommend going to this store and seeing Finn if you are needing to find a good pair of running or walking shoes. We will definitely be coming back here again.

The employee was standing just a few feet away from the children's shoes and saw me but refused to approach me for assistance. Obviously I cannot retrieve the size myself, so naturally, I would need an employee to assist me. I approached him myself and asked if he would be able to help me. This man blatantly stared me up and down and at my chest before responding. I was so incredibly disgusted by the behavior and blatant disrespect as he was literally facing me. I refuse to brush this off as I KNOW this is not an isolated event. Women work and shop here and this needs to be addressed immediately.
