My experiences with the service department has slowly improved over the years. I'm reading through the recent reviews and I feel their pain. This is a good review for my service person, the rest of my comments you can take however you see fit. I would like to thank James Delucia for going above and beyond for me. This situation had the potential to be very negative, but James turned it around for me. I had a low tire warning that started alarming maybe 2-3 months after I purchased my brand new Sonata. I would bring my car in for regular oil changes and would mention the low tire light every single time. As soon as I pull off the lot or soon thereafter, the light would come back on. So, I went through the same song and dance for months and months. My tires were alright, but I was reaching 50,000 miles, so I decided to get all new tires. I advised the people who put on the tires that the tire warning was broken, so it would still be on after the new tires are put on. Two weeks later, it's time for an oil change. Once again, I mention the light, the new tires are noticed, and now the tire light warning is the main focus. The "Boss" pulled me aside and said that my warranty was voided due to the new tires...say what? That light was broken for many moons and I told them to fix it at least 6-8 times. The installation of the new tires didn't break anything, it was already broken. My past service documentation was pulled and there was no mention of the tire light, how is that even possible??? I had to go home and dig through my receipts and I found a receipt from July 2019 that specifically stated my complaint about the tire warning. Thank you James for understanding my frustration and fixing the tire warning light. Thank you for waiting for me to pick up my car. Thank you for your kindness. I wish everyone could be like you at Wolfchase, they need to take notes from you. I know that you said you were new, maybe that's what they need. James Delucia, you're the man!! read more

We wanted to lease a Hyundai Genesis; Hyundai USA had a special lease pricing of $329 offered on the lowest level Genesis for 10000 mile per year leases with $2999 down. We contacted the 3 nearest dealerships by email to request their offer for a mid-level version, so we expected the monthly payment to be higher than $329, but not that much higher. The Wolfchase Hyundai internet manager was supremely competent and gave a 10000 mile per year lease offer of ~$390 with very little delay. The other two of the dealerships said that they could only calculate 12000 mile leases and after much delay, we finally wrung an offer out of them by email/phone. One offered monthly payments of ~$430 and ~$620. These offers were on cars with LOWER purchase prices than at Wolfchase. Needless to say, we went to Wolfchase Hyundai to look at the car, and the internet manager had the car waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. He had numbers printed out for us, and when we request another lease quote on a lower model, he had the numbers for us in very little time. The salesman who demonstrated the car was very competent and not too talkative. We leased the car from Wolfchase Hyundai and the finance man ran through all the paperwork very efficiently. They took over the final payments on our existing lease vehicle; all in all a very fair deal. I recommend it as one of the best run dealerships that I have ever been to with a full complement of very competent people from internet manager, to salesman, to finance people. Last week I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Wolfchase Hyundai. From the start, they were organized, efficient, and prompt in their responses to me. When I contacted them through the website I really didn't expect to hear anything for 24 hours or more. Yet, I was able to get in contact with Jack Windley (I think the last name is right), the sales manager, right away by email and phone. When we arrived a couple days later to look at a specific car we got to work with Jill, who proved to be an amazing salesperson. She was informed, fun, professional, honest, efficient, and pleasant. It was a fantastic experience! When I wanted to check out the car stereo and turned the volume up quite loud, she just joined in and sang one of my favorite songs with me! Bonus! She made purchasing the car (A beautiful and amazing 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid) easy and as stress-free as possible. Then, when she "turned us over" to the "paperwork/financial guy," Rico, he continued in the professional, efficient, and pleasant form that she and Jack started. My little adventure in the market shopping for my next car like this, sort of. On my birthday I said to myself hmmm.. maybe I just buy myself a nice little present. he he. :) I went to several dealership in town and out of town just looking or you can call it window shopping. Lexus,BMW,JAG just naming a few. Lexus of Memphis, Omg the staffs there look at me like ,you can't afford it, go away and look at him ha ha. I was there for 20 minutes so I said screw it. On my way home I passed by Wolfchase Hyundai. I said Yolo so I checked out their showroom. The showroom was gorgeous and clean. The staffs is very friendly and courteous. This is when I met this awesome person and we became friend. Her name was Jill Webb: great personality, helpful and awesome. She greeted me as soon as I stepped in the door and said let me know if you need help. I looked around for a little bit. She approached me again , we started a conversation and I test drove several cars. To make the story short I got a great deal on my new car/birthday to myself and made a new friend. To me in a world business great customer service is important. It can drive your business to success or another way to put is courtesy can go a long way. My wife and I were looking for a slightly/lightly used van/suv. We just moved back into town and all our cars were paid off. So we were not really putting much effort into what exactly because it was the holidays. Wolfchase (Rachael) was in contact with us for a few weeks. Sending us photos, updates and everything for what we may be interested in. We finally had a couple of hours before we were busy again on a Saturday night 12/30/17. We let her know we were interested in a couple of Vans they had but we only had a few hours. They showed us and got us in and out the door with time to spare for our appointment date with family. Overall I think we were in there about 3hrs...which you all know is lightning fast for any dealer. I literally saw Rachel and others jogging around to hurry. I know it was cold that day, but I could see them doing this when it's not so cold too. That's including walking in the door, finding our rep, test drive....dealing and settling. I have to rate Wolf Chase Genesis, as these are my cars. I recently purchased a 2016 Genesis on line and did not go with the warranty issued by seller. Genesis of Wolfchase warranted my vehicle, after inspection, with a warranty and zero deductible not available with any other warranty company, at hundred of dollars less. This means that I will get the quality care for my car which I have experienced at this dealership for eight years. My 2013 Genesis has experienced wonderful care. A leased 2017 Genesis, leased from them three years, and they were wonderful in service to it and to me and my Wife. There is a service rep we know affectionately, as Jo Ann, who is the contact person at this dealership and she is fantastic with her personality, demeanor, and professional attention to us and ALL of her clients. On May 8, 2020 I purchased a preowned Ford Expedition EL from "TJ" Jones via the phone/internet. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. We drove in from Arkansas. Upon arrival the vehicle was ready and prepped. The gas tank was full and a safety inspection had been completed. Upon checking the oil it was obvious that it had been recently changed and the tires looked new. It was obvious to me that the vehicle had been checked and serviced. I did note that the back wiper looked a bit old to me and TJ had service replace it immediately. I had arranged my own financing so the paperwork was completed within minutes and I was on my way. The gentleman in the business office was so pleasant. Upon my exit the sales manager greeted me at my vehicle and thanked me for my business. I used to own a VW Jetta (pre-owned) which I regarded as a great quality vehicle for a middle class family. That car ended up being very expensive to maintain to the point of being irrationally expensive if there's such a definition. It also broke down with a suspicious frequency. The day I decided to buy my 2016 Hyundai Accent hatchback was a great day. The whole car buying experience at Wolfchase Hyundai was pleasant and I received a vehicle that matches my lifestyle and needs and is more reasonably priced to maintain. My experience with Mrs. Joanne is 10/10 because regardless of the changes that have taken place at the dealership she is always the same!!! She greets me with a smile, when I call in and she's extremely busy she will return my calls. I feel like things will be taken care of when she is handling my car. Even if the problem is not able to be taken care of that day she is genuinely concerned with it getting done and right as soon as possible. She has been taking care of my service needs for over 7 years and even when I have had to leave the car for days, I knew it was in good hands because she kept me updated. Customer service is changing so much however when I go to her I know I will receive top of the line! Who would purchase a car knowing that you would pay $60-$70.00 a week in gas for a Sedan? My experience with them is getting worse. If you are in need of a good dealership go to Car Max. I was told three and half weeks ago I would be compensated for the extra gas I had to pay for. Two and half weeks pass never heard a thing from Amy from Customer Relations. Called last Thursday I was told she forgot, Amy would call me back after speaking with Brandon. I call today get the same thing she forgot, Amy just sent an email to Brandon today. If you forgot how did you just send an email. You claim you would speak with him last Thursday. Lies started from the Sales Rep with Mary B, now its Customer Relations. Mr. David was not in a haste to get rid of me or discount my issue as "nothing." Until Mr. David came along, I was willing to trade in my car and go to another brand.
