Where do I even start? My fiancé and I came here back in January to design my engagement ring and…read moreit was an absolute nightmare. We worked with a salesperson named Mark, who at first seemed really genuine and helpful. Toward the end of the appointment, they had me step away so they could discuss pricing with my fiancé privately. That's when they told him he needed to put down money "in good faith" before they'd even create the CAD drawing--but they wouldn't clearly tell him how much or explain why. When the first CAD finally came back, it looked nothing like what my fiancé had asked for. Instead of admitting the mistake, they insisted his notes were wrong and theirs were right. Then, when he asked them to fix it, they wanted even more money before creating another CAD. It only got worse from there. They had told him the ring would be ready in time for the week he planned to propose, but by then they hadn't even sent the corrected CAD. He was trying so hard to keep everything a surprise, but eventually he had to ask me to look at the designs to make sure he wasn't crazy. Turns out he was right the whole time. By that point, he'd also gone about three weeks without hearing anything from Mark, so he decided to cut his losses and ask my dad for the name of his family jeweler instead. Then came the part that really crossed the line. After deciding not to move forward, Mariloff wouldn't leave him alone. They repeatedly called and texted him, and after he blocked them, they actually started messaging him on LinkedIn. The cherry on top? The family jeweler quoted him less than half of what Mariloff wanted for the exact same ring. These people are absolute scammers. No other word for it.

Never felt rushed or pressured, that's what I like, gives me time to make a decision (though I'm pretty impulsive so doesn't take long. ha). I just bought a beautiful Tudor BB68 and an Omega Aqua Terra 41 with a truly stunning turquoise dial, lots of compliments and I've only worn it twice! Manager came over and introduced herself last time and gave me a really nice Tudor umbrella which was a nice bonus and made me feel appreciated. Now on the "list" for a Yachtmaster 40 Rhodium. Hope to get a DJ Purple for my wife after that and I got my eye on the Tudor BB Pro, just hope they come out with it in a 42 like the Rolex (it looks very similar) because 39's are a bit small for me. Tudor is fantastic btw; top quality movements, extremely high finishing and 1/2 the price of big "R". Look forward to many great watch purchases in the future. Steve

I had high hopes for RW Fine Jewelry/Ring Wraps after following them on social media for years, but…read moreunfortunately, my experiences with their products have been extremely disappointing. In 2023, my fiancée gifted me a pair of earrings from RW Fine. While they were cute, the visual quality wasn't quite what I expected. Worse, on just the second wear, one of the earrings broke apart from the post. They would not accept a return, so we had to receive an exchange instead. Fast forward to my birthday in 2025, and my fiancée gifted me another RW Fine piece--a necklace and earrings. Incredibly, the necklace clasp broke on the first wear. Given this pattern of quality issues years apart, we requested a return, only to be told they couldn't accept it because the items were sourced from vendors rather than made in-house. This was a huge disappointment, especially since RW Fine heavily markets their "in-house jewelers" on social media. In reality, they don't manufacture all their products, and worse, they don't stand behind the quality of the pieces they sell. If you're considering purchasing from RW Fine, be aware that their branding doesn't match their actual business practices--and the quality just isn't there.

I would absolutely not recommend this jewelry store to young couples shopping for engagement rings…read more And not because of the prices, but because of the way the sales associates make you feel the moment you walk in. We were made to feel as though we didn't belong, or as though purchasing a natural diamond was somehow beyond our means. It's disappointing that what should have been such an exciting and memorable experience turned into something that left me feeling uncomfortable and genuinely hurt. Engagement ring shopping is supposed to be special, and unfortunately, this store put a very sad memory on what should have been a beautiful milestone. And just a news flash!! people in their 20s can absolutely afford large, natural diamonds. My partner and I own our own company and have worked hard to be in a position where we can purchase the ring of my dreams. We shouldn't have to prove our financial situation or justify what we can afford to receive basic respect and good customer service. My advice? Save yourself the experience and find a private jeweler in Dallas. There are plenty of other places that will appreciate your business, treat you with respect, and make you feel welcomed! Luxury jewelry should come with luxury service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
