I went in to buy a new wedding ring and they had a beautiful women's selection. Sadly we couldn't find a ring for my husband, but they did explain to us that men's vintage jewelry is harder to come by. The service was a little slow at the beginning but we taken care of by someone else who helped us in the end. She was wonderful, thorough, and gave us a great deal for the price. I ended up choosing the pearl ring. After buying it she shined it, gave me care tips, gave us a cute box, and told me they would size it for free if I ever decided it was necessary. The selection was incredible and felt so personal unlike when I go to actual jewelry stores and it's whatever is trendy or selling well. I love pearls and I recommend going here for your next string of pearls. They have every size, color, length, and type of jewelry. I ended up buying a watch and I noticed that the battery wasn't working. The helping me was so apologetic and insisted I come back when the person who helped with watches was in. I attended an estate sale last weekend with my friend and a young woman in our condo. I certainly can afford a new ring but we just bought a condo and have many expenses. The woman suggested that I do not need my husband's input when making a 400-dollar purchase. I had explained that we make decisions together and I would come by. Somehow, I walked away ashamed and belittled. It was a dreadful feeling and my friend, and I just decided we would never, ever visit this store. She made me feel awful because I wanted to wait until I visited the store with my husband. Jewlery was fine but bedside manner was dreadful. I was really excited to find an estate jewelry place close to me in Dallas with what seemed like good quality stuff. Two weeks after buying a ring a stone fell out, so I took it back and they fixed it after the sassy women there gave me grief about what it would cost. Another three weeks after that two stones fell out, so I sent it to a more reputable shop where they had to completely rebuild what they had broken with the original fix. I do not recommend them on customer service alone and be wary of the quality of the jewelry. No actual in house jeweler. read more

Went to an estate sale run by these guys and there was a Hermes purse priced at $350, so could go either way being real or fake, which is a super sly way to price something like that. The tag just read Hermes, $350, not fake Hermes, not reproduction Hermes. The lady working for the company guarding that room said she wasn't sure if it was real or not, but a lot of others in the bunch were definitely real. I researched on my phone for a while how to spot reproductions and after a while Rusty, the main man got there from another estate sale he was running, so I went and asked him. He said they were not original. I mean, thats great he told me, but he wasn't there half the day and what if someone bought them. Why wasn't the tag marked appropriately and why didn't anybody manning his sale know what they had in their sale. He didn't tell them for a reason....he's sly and cunning and I won't go back to any of his estate sales. They are all grossly overpriced anyways. The first one I ever went to, I was like, oh, this must be their first estate sale because this is laughable. Avoid these guys... read more

I have had several bad experiences with these people. They are not honest and will lie straight up to you. Their merchandise is misrepresented and is not high quality. Initially, I would have given them many more stars. I had my engagement ring set at this store. My center stone did not fit in the setting my fiancé purchased so we had to use the basket of another ring. After about a month, my center stone came loose. I took it back and they fixed it no problem. The diamond was slightly crooked but I was just happy it wasn't loose. Just recently, the diamond came loose once again. I did not hit my ring on anything, this is the result of everyday wear and tear (should not be happening!!!). Finally I took it somewhere else to see what they suggested. They said that the ring had been set very poorly and the prongs were damaged from whoever worked on my ring. I am now having to purchase another basket/prongs for the main diamond as well as paying another company to redo the ring that should have been done correctly the first time. I am extremely upset that I am having to pay to have this done again. I have had this ring for only 6 months. So upsetting and a waste of my time and money!!!! I would be even more Irate if the center stone had completely fallen out and had been lost. It is a neat store and I really wanted to like this place. read more

I have shopped both the store and their estate sales and I have always been very satisfied. I feel that I have gotten what I paid for. They are very cordial and how many places can you lay away estate jewelry? Rusty, Renee, Caroline and all the rest of their associates have always been very accommodating to me. But not everyone can have the same experiences or assumptions. I cannot afford everything they sell, but that is just a reflection of the wide range and quality that is offered at any estate sale. This place is very class-ist. That's right they size everyone that walks through the door up and judge you on their own wacko scale of old money, new money, or no money. Carolyn, the ancient shoplady of this place, chirps like a bird incessantly about "our prices are very very good" - NO THEY ARE NOT. Everything in here is pre-owned and priced at MSRP as if the items were brand new. I get it that some items such as collectibles/antiques will appreciate in value but not a Tiffany toggle bracelet that I can purchase at the real Tiffcany & Co or a Michele watch. Carolyn is also very condescending when you try to ask about an item (i.e. does this $2850 gemstone necklace come with the original papers/box?), any type of question is met with her curt response, "Nobody asks all these questions. Everything here is pre-owned. There's absolutely NO box. Everybody knows that." They've lost my repeat business and jokes on them because I was ready to pay in ca$h, on the spot, for the necklace as a birthday gift to my mother. read more
