I'm so glad I did! Hon-Man's estimate was less than half the price, and from the start, they were incredibly communicative, helpful, and informative. They answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like a bother, and I never once felt like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. I'll happily make the drive to Hon-Man from North Scottsdale from now on. They're honest, trustworthy, and do a remarkable job. Highly recommend!

When I first met the staff at We Fix it I felt they were reliable until they ripped me off and charged me $550 for an A/C hose that lasted about 2 weeks when my daughters A/c quit working again she took it back in and they told me it would be another $2500 for a whole new A/c system. My daughters father who is a mechanic in California called and spoke to the advisor and determined I was indeed ripped off ! It's unfortunate that people would do this! do not recommend this place at all!!!!

I recently took my vehicle to have the AC Control Module replaced at this auto shop. During the…read moreprocess, the technicians had to remove the trim near my stereo system. Unfortunately, when I received my car back, I noticed visible scratches on the interior trim, along with broken pieces of plastic that were raised to the touch. It was clear that this damage wasn't accidental; and that the technician hoped I would drive off without noticing. I brought this issue to the attention of the gentleman at the front desk, and he assured me they would make it right by replacing the damaged part. About an hour later, I discovered that my windshield had also been cracked while my car was in their care. It took nearly a month for the shop to obtain the replacement trim. When I spoke with the manager, I learned that the owner wanted to inspect the windshield before deciding on a replacement. The owner, Andi, came out, barely acknowledged me, took a look at the vehicle, and then returned inside. I left my car in their care again and while replacing my trim they decided not to replace my windshield. They claimed it cracked due to an installation error. I don't know enough about windshields to push back and honestly taking them to small claims would probably cost me just as much as replacing the windshield so; sure, that's how it cracked. While I was disappointed with the technician's handling of my vehicle, I want to acknowledge that Daniel, the service manager, was a perfect gentleman. He was responsive and respectful throughout the process. It's unfortunate that my experience with the technician didn't match the level of service I received from him. I'm not the type to write a review but it really disappointed me that the technician would do that to my car and just say nothing trying to pull one over on me. Glad it was just my trim and not my engine or something to do with my steering. Pics of my trim below:
