Great customer service. The Technician carefully explained all possible outcomes for the issue with my lap top, even openly suggesting that if I were to be in the market for a new lap top, COSCO would be the best solution. They have a variety of used and refurbished computers that would most likely meet the expectations of any business user. I found the pricing very reasonable and the turn around time for repair was within a 24 hour window (much faster than Best Buy's Geek Squad/not to mention cheaper). I will definitely be going back to either seek the next repair (I hope not), or for the purchase of another lap top (more likely). They are a small business owned by a local family for 12 years. For those who are not old school, that means "Honest, reliable, friendly / family like customer service with affordable rates." I always go to them for help and advice. I first called them for some advice and they didn't rush me over the phone. They took there time to make sure I got my answer and was comfortable with my computer virus problem. I went in for a DVI to VGA cable and this guy said he had been doing this for a long time and they didn't make these (http://www.amazon.com/DVI-Analog-VGA-Cable-feet/dp/B00078F54G). You can only get VGA to DVI he says. He'll also check his inventory (plastic bin for spare parts) and try to sell you this $8 part (non-packaged and extra) for $25. This place was packed with refurbs and after the DVI to VGA issue, something won't be right about these either. Stick to places where the web banners are not clearly one vehicle mirrored to look like two (backwards logo)... they also do web design. Sorry if this was a little harsh, I don't enjoy being ripped off and lied to. It was a rushed $25 lesson I won't ever forget. read more

The pros at Geeks and Wireless have revived two comatose computers and retrieved data from a dead one for me. Each time they were effective, explained the problem and my options, and solved my problem. They also gave good advice on preventing problems and virus prevention hygiene. They offer an emergency rush level of service that is worth every penny. I am an independent consultant and depend on my computer to work, but can't afford expensive services.
