He hung up on me after confidently insisting that no such feature has ever existed and that he was going to hang up if I kept "arguing with him" (by asking him to confirm it with a simple, quick web search), and that "anybody can put anything on the web". I would confidently insist, in turn, that insecurity and bluster are no replacement for an actual skill set and that uBreakiFix needs to raise the bar to actual competence when they hire people, or at least make sure they have the ability to do basic research instead of falling back on huffing, puffing, and impotently flailing.
