Computer Guild has been amazing for our magazine business! When our Op Director suggested them, I was hesitant but once we met with their team, we decided to give them a try. Best decision ever! I had no idea of the time and frustration they would save myself and our staff. They even deal with questions from the vendor of a custom program we need for day to day activities. Previously, we had to submit a ticket and wait for a reply and we could only have one staff member utilize them. Now we just let the team know at Computer Guild and if they can't figure it out (which they normally can), they get the answer and get back to the person that needed it! They make sure you know they are a phone call away. Instead of spending time trying to figure out whatever is wrong is wrong, we just call and they handle it. We have used Computer Guild on Kilgore twice and have had exceptional service each time. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very patient; taking the time to answer questions and explain things in a way that is clear to the average person. The first time we had a printer issue and the technician was able to dial in and get us going without us having to take our computer in. Today we did take our computer in for a different problem expecting that we would have to leave it; and the technician, Justin, brought it up, checked it out, and walked us through some things we could do ourselves. Came in with a keyboard problem and they were very straightforward that it was gonna cost some serious time, money, and effort to get fixed. My man Justin(one their experts) comes in and not only gives me a temporary fix for the mean time but also has the heart to point out that my natural warranty is still active and I could get fixed for free by the manufacturer. I had a great experience with these guys. I built a new gaming PC but it kept crashing. After exhausting my googling efforts I called The Computer Guild. Brian was great over the phone in describing the process they would use to diagnose the problem, the cost, and the estimated timing. Long story short they reproduced the crash conditions, discovered a loose GPU power connection, and confirmed it was good to go via extensive stress testing.
