I say since I'm a loyal customer, take the overage price and let's continue to do business. Over is only a couple hundred dollars. I'll see if it was 500$ + dollars. I called Affordable Dumpsters and I ask the last who answered "what were the cost for their 10 and 15 yard dumpsters". The rude lady who answered stated she needed my name, address, and phone number in order to give me a quote. I told her I just wanted the prices because I haven't settled on a company yet and that she didn't need my name etc. She just blurted out while I was talking "ok well goodbye" and proceeded to hang up on me. I've never been treated like this from a company before, especially one I would be giving my hundred of dollars to. I just wanted pricing, not give my life's history, especially when no other company is doing this. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. There's many dumpster companies in my city and I will use any dumpster company other than "Affordable Dumpsters". They're a very unprofessional company, especially the person who answered the phone. Don't ever use this company, because what company is so arrogant that they demand you give them all your info just to get a quote, when most companies just list their prices on their website. if you desire great service don't use "Affordable Dumpsters". I gave a one star because there's no options for a lesser score.

Be VERY careful when hiring this company. I performed a demo on a very small room (pergo floor,…read moredrywall, ceiling tiles) and removed built in wooden storage from my garage (on set of kitchen cabinets, a dozen 2x4s, and about 20ft of copper pipe). Somehow this all added up to over 5,000 lbs according to the company. As the sole person working on that project, I am positive there's no way I moved that much material. The dumpster was only 2/3 full too. Be careful and I suppose try to weight things as you load them in. Otherwise you'll get stuck paying twice as much as you expected.
