I have had one experience with a BW rep that was a bit short with me, cutting me off repeatedly, but in general their customer service has been great. I would also say that I appreciate and support local businesses as opposed to huge nationwide company. I support BW, and appreciate their prompt attention to my concerns, and that I have never been on hold with them longer than a minute!
