My home needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. They came on time, were friendly and professional. One bathroom had stuff sticking on the floor that I couldn't remove, and they took care of it. The shower was disgusting but they cleaned it and made it like new. They cleaned areas I forgot needed cleaning and did a wonderful job on the details. They worked hard and it showed. Laura came out to my home to give an estimate and explain their services. Statements like "I'll be there on the 25th" or "I will be there at 9:00 a.m." don't seem to have the same meaning for her as they do for the rest of us Earthlings. Even when she chooses the date and time. Even when she understands the need for a specific time on a specific day and confirms it verbally or via text. Cleaning, when she did it, was wonderful in some respects and completely missed in others. Sadly, the owner (Brad) seems to be aware of Jen's issues and doesn't seem to be concerned.
