They asked each time where the boxes went, and when they left, none of the boxes where in the right spots. I could go on and on about how bad this was. (These kids/men) did not want to work, did not have any experience at all and literally had to be watched the whole time and didnt even listen to anything hardly at all. It really seemed like they did this on purpose, walking slow, didnt show up even with 1 dolly, we spoke about using dollies for heavy boxes, real heavy. They show up and didnt want to move them, because they had no dollies? A moving company with no dollies? They showed up almost 6 hours early and wondered why we are not ready. etc. The group of children we got, basically got paid huge to do very little. 1 guy spent an hour taking apart a couch that didnt even need to, and he argued that point for 10 mins. He also needed 2 others help to do this. We got it in through this hall with out taking apart, weve have never had to take it apart. He takes it apart anyway. (that was 200 dollars). They gave a discount, but really, they moved about 25% stuff compared to the last guys we used, moved almost all our stuff in the same time frame. This was just real bad service from people who really didnt know how to move or pack at all, some of them looked like they was 16. Making fun of us around the corner, talking on the phone, using phones while working, etc. We ended up having to move most all of our heavy boxes that we hired them to do. I caught one guy taking out a broom, he was gonna carry a broom the whole way to the truck. We hired you to lift and move the large boxes... i say... he kept walking and i had to grab it from his hand and tell him again, NO. This is not a heavy box.... I assume they sent newbies but really, we could have done it all ourselves better and faster. We should have. This time. Hopefully they hire people who actually care... We got a bunch of kids who cant read or write it seems?

Messaging system is full, for days, couldnt get ahold of him, two days no replies to text. Then they are full. Slam dunked us hard really, just not gonna let it get me down. We had a team of three men - and what a great team they are: Hassien, Damarcus, and Gavin. All three were so very careful with the furniture, with lots of layers of padding and wrapping. The guys were extremely hard workers, and had such an air of conviviality that it made this difficult move somehow a joy (!?!). My parents' heirloom furniture was handled with kid gloves, patience, care, and kindness. They handled my piano with SUCH care that I knew they understood how important it is (and, of course, how heavy, lol). After hearing our story, he said they were booked for the day but would send a crew at 5:00 p.m. after completing their other jobs. My problem with them was in the placement of boxes/furniture at my destination. Every box and…read morepiece of furniture was clearly labeled, but for some reason they delivered a very large and very heavy dresser into a walk-in closet that was not easy to get to. It is beyond me why they would move this there especially since it was clearly labeled to go into a bedroom. Now, I have to pay for someone relocate it, which is not going to be easy. Also, many boxes clearly labeled to go into the garage were delivered to the basement. This is really stupid since they had to walk through the garage to get to the basement! I wrote the company and told them of this experience and they didn't bother to respond. This is quite disappointing since there price was right and everything else went well. My advise, even if your furniture and boxes are properly and clearly labeled, direct each item and tell the guys where you want everything.
