About a month ago I was in desperate need for a "huge" move for a family member who was a 20+ year hoarder. Not only did I need someone ASAP, I needed someone I could trust as I was thousands of miles away. I found Prime Packers based on Yelp reviews. Let me tell you, they say you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Alvin (the owner) did not disappoint. He was understanding, compassionate, thorough, professional and above all flexible. The day of the move, Daniel, Machado and the rest of the crew worked tirelessly and seamlessly with assembly line precision to get the job done. The team recognized the need for additional workers, Alvin communicated with me to let me know and it was done. Every step of the way from itemizing costs for labor/equipment was relayed; they sent pictures and videos. Above all, the nature of the this move required the utmost sensitivity to the resident; they worked making without making a fuss about the volume of "stuff" ahead of them or the condition of the residence. I truly appreciate them; they may never know the impact they had on our family. I promise you, I will use them again without reservation. The team is awesome. The quality of work unmatched. The value of what they did, priceless and cannot be measured by the dollar. Thank you Prime Packers. read more

I recently completed an interstate move with Prime Packers LLC out of Berrien Springs, Michigan, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The crew -- Alvin, Joe, Mike, Kameron, and Joel -- arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. Their attitude was calm, focused, and genuinely professional. They handled every box with remarkable care, treating my belongings as if they were their own. The team packed the truck with precision and efficiency, making the most of the space while ensuring everything was secure. They worked steadily and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. I'm extremely pleased with their professionalism, strong work ethic, and clear, respectful communication throughout the entire process. I had such a positive experience with Prime Packers! I just made a huge move from Indiana to California and they helped it go as smoothly as possible. From our very first phone call, their service was attentive, personal, and efficient, and Alvin was super communicative throughout the entire process. The price for packing and moving was reasonable, and I was so grateful that I was able to add on my car last minute--it was awesome to have them tow my car from point A to point B rather than having to go with a separate auto mover! Asher and his crew were friendly and efficient in packing up and loading my belongings, and I appreciated being able to see the location of the truck throughout the move. And Alvin and Asher unloaded everything so quickly once they arrived! I would absolutely recommend Prime Packers to any friend who's looking to move. read more

We had a great experience with Prime Packers, turning what I expected to be a stressful day into a smooth experience. From the moment of arriving, the moving experience felt friendly, upbeat, and incredibly kind. Despite the weather being on the warmer side and having to move several heavy and large items, Prime Packers worked efficiently without ever making us feel rushed, and was careful with every item and piece of furniture. We really appreciated how he explained his process and talked us through the move. It's rare to find a moving company that blends true professionalism with such a personal touch, but he absolutely nailed it. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making your move easier, contact Prime Packers! read more

Alvin and his teammate were lifesavers! My boyfriend got a promotion for work in South Bend and we had to quickly move from our apartment in Indy. During the moving process, my boyfriend had messed his back up badly, with it just being him and myself loading our moving truck all day. When we got everything to our new apartment, Alvin and his teammate were there to warmingly greet us and ready to rock and roll! They quickly and efficiently emptied out our moving truck in an hour and half tops! Very fast considering they had to carry heavy boxes and furniture up to the third floor! Thank you Alvin and your teammate from the bottom of our hearts. You made our move to a new town so much smoother. We highly recommend Alvin and his crew! read more

I contacted Prime Packers LLC very last minute to assist in a move. Alvin and Asher were quick to arrange exactly what I needed. A team of three (Marcos, Randy, and another man who's name I didn't get) showed up and promptly got to work. We were able to finish the entire process in under 2.5 hours while having some laughs. One of the movers was not only friendly and professional but also took the time to compliment my hydrangeas--he called them hortênsias, which was such a kind and personal touch that really brightened the experience. Consider this company for your moving needs and you won't be disappointed! I would definitely work with Prime Packers again in the future! read more

I had a great experience with Prime Packers. They are a friendly team of young professionals. I chose them was because I prefer local small businesses rather than large national chains. The entire process was fast and smooth. I was moving from Indiana to California and only contacted them about a week before my moving date. They responded quickly and helped me made a reservation the very next day. They loaded all my belongings on Thursday and delivered everything on Tuesday morning of the following week. Asher and his crew were extremely efficient. They completed packing and loading in less than two hours while handling everything professionally and carefully. read more

Two mend showed up on time and both of them introduced themselves to us. The job was complicated as there was family discord. Not my home. I need to say that up front. The garage was a mess. Things were in no kind of order, it was filthy, and there was evidence of rodents. As the owner pointed to stuff to take to the truck the guys found a way to do it. Traveling to the destination home and unloading was much smoother. At no time did the guys complain or demonstrate discontent or any kind of judgement. They moved quickly and carefully. I will use this company again. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Prime Packers! Alvin and his team were incredibly efficient and quick with moving my mattress and home items. I was especially impressed by the care they took--Alvin came prepared with a mattress cover that kept everything clean, and the entire move was completed without a single scratch or issue. The customer service was top notch--friendly, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. I'll definitely be hiring Prime Packers again for my next move. Highly recommended! read more

This is the 2nd time I booked Prime Packers and if I ever move again, I'll make sure to book Alvin and his team again. I temporarily stayed in a studio apartment before purchasing my first home and Prime Packers lightened the stress of moving. No hidden fees and reasonably priced. Alvin is very responsive in coordinating the move and accommodating to some changes I made a few days before the big day. The crew communicated, was mindful and careful of my heavy, delicate furniture, which I appreciated. read more

Prime Packers was excellent with a move we recently did in St. Joseph, MI. Communication before, during and after was quick and efficient. Machado and Eyner were on time for the move, and quick to empty out the house. We asked then to drop off a couch at a friends before taking everything else to a local storage unit. They packed, loaded, dropped off, and unloaded without any damage, and were very professional. We would recommend Prime Packers for anyone in the area that needs help moving. read more

Alvin was very responsive and promptly called to get the deals of my move. He also called 48 hours before the moving day to confirm. Blaze & Ricardo showed up on time (actually 20 minutes early) and got right to work on loading the truck. They wrapped and padded my large items and were very polite and professional. The entire move went very smoothly. Moving can be stressful, and this crew was fantastic. I will definitely use Prime Packers moving services again. Thanks so much guys! read more

Alvin and his crew are absolutely incredible. I called them with less than 24 hours notice and he had a two man crew at my house the next day. I LOVE that they have clear prices listed right on the website, it made estimating my cost so much easier. Alvin, the owner, was very easy to reach while the crew was helping us move and responded promptly to texts. I would use them again for a small or large job. The professionalism and work ethic of the crew was phenomenal too! read more

Alvin and his crew were fantastic! All communication was professional and he gets back to right away! We needed movers to remove furniture from our entire first floor while floors were being refinished. His crew removed all the furniture to a pod and then returned to put the furniture back when the job was completed. We had to reschedule once due to weather and Alvin was very accommodating. Would highly recommend Prime Packers for your moving needs. read more

I recommend Prime Movers so very highly! I have happily worked with them for two difficult and large moves (and I was a bit disorganized this time). Both teams were hard-working, strong and careful. Moving day can be emotional and difficult but they make it (kinda) easy. and it's affordable. My last team was Asher, Blaise, Carlos and Thomas. The owner Alvin is building a great business. And they are all invited to the first party at my new home! read more

I had a great experience with Alvin and his team. I need to the truck and movers on short notice and the three referrals I got locally all were unresponsive or unavailable and then I found Prime Packers and Alvin returned my call quickly and met my schedule. The movers were helpful, pleasant and hard working. They also don't charge for travel time to and from the job. They were fantastic and I'll use them again! read more

Had Prime Packers move all our belongings including a baby grand piano from Indiana to California. They did an excellent job. Great communication, professionalism and honesty. The pricing was fair and clearly stated beforehand, no hidden fees or anything. Great to use a small local place instead of one of the big chains They were also just genuinely really nice guys, fun to hang out with. Heartily recommended. read more

Prime Packers delivered an amazing service and moving experience for us. They took care of every detail and even brought extra boxes and such in case we ran out. They carefully handled everything that was fragile as well as that wasn't fragile. We don't know how we could've pulled it out without their help. Alvin and the team went above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend these guys. read more
