They said they would fix all the damage as well as reimburse us $1000 for the inconvenience. Their contractors painted the house the wrong color, they never relaced any damged wood or trim. They did not fix the fascia, or properly caulk the large gaps that now exist in the affected area they created. They then informed us they would not be reimbrsing us as they had previously stated. If you are in the greater Kalamazoo area I would look elsewhere for a company that keeps its word.

I called multiple companies to try to find help. I had almost given up hope before getting a hold of Marc. He was fantastic from the start. After hearing our story, he said they were booked for the day but would send a crew at 5:00 p.m. after completing their other jobs. I was so appreciative but fully expected to have just a couple of exhausted people show up to help that late in the day.
