I recently used this service to have my living room carpet and an area rug cleaned. Both turned out really nice! I used a bigger, more well known name in carpet cleaning in the past only to be disappointed. They had to come back and do it over because it looked worse after it dried than it did before they started. This was an inconvenience to say the least. Essential Carpet Cleaning was able to do the job satisfactorily on the first try! The area rug was cleaned off site and delivered back to me completely dry. I opted for an additional deodorizer to be used on both the carpet and the rug which smelled so clean and fresh. They were honest, respectful, and right on time.
