If you are considering utilizing this company to provide services please be aware of two points: 1. The owner is very unprofessional. 2. The pricing and invoicing situation is not a "clean" process. Context: The cleaning services provided were just standard and we eventually decided to end our relationship with this company as the price did not justify the quality of the service. We were then presented with multiple invoices that were "forgotten" to be sent which was not our fault. After much back and forth we presented evidence of scheduled cleaning and payment made or not made. We paid the difference owed but was still constantly contacted about payment due which we proved was not owed. Due to the constant headache and unprofessional nature of the interactions we paid the difference (which was for services NOT delivered) so we could just move on. Know this poor and unprofessional experience occurred and everything stated is truthful in nature. This is simply to help others make the right decision for themselves. Update. In response to the below, the unprofessionalism was witnessed during the entire relationship, the invoicing was not accurate many of the times and delivered late when we decided to end the agreement, and we did pay for services not delivered just to be done with this. read more

They broke my window and told me to glue it back together, they sprayed deck stain all over my rocks and pool then tried to gaslight me into thinking it was already there when they started (I installed the pool after the last deck staining). I called them and they fit me in the same day. They did an amazing job. My daughter's car after being at college for a year was a disaster. There were old spills in the rug and dirt everywhere. Kelly and her husband were a pleasure to work with. They are a family owned business and are hardworking from what I saw. Easy to talk to and lays out all the options and what is recommended. I had purchased a car from craigslist and it was dirty on the inside and the outside had a dent and several problem areas in the paint. Not only did they take care of the dent, but also had the car looking brand new on the outside, and clean on the inside. I get to enjoy the new car feeling without the new car price. The worst most unprofessional company/owner I have ever dealt with. The service she offered was way over priced and the job completed was piss poor. Not only was the team 2 hours late, they performed the bare minimum, grabbed the check and ran. Kelly was extremely rude, difficult to get a hold of, and stood by her cleaners sub par work. Phenom! I googled "cleaning services"... this one came up. Only 9 reviews and a whopping 4.9 stars. I was skeptical but decided I needed help. I made the call. Kelly asked if I needed same day service. I declined. She took another call. It was perfect. While holding I decided, "Go for it. Take the spot." Team Doris and Amy were at our house that same day. With casual conversation I found out they also have long term been cleaning for two neighbors. Immediately I was comfortable. Three hours later, I don't know whose house i'm in but i'm loving it! Smells clean not chemical nor perfumy. I now have a whole weekend to play and not spend cleaning. They did a marvelous job. I'll not hesitate having them return. read more

I've been using Expert Cleaning Services for several years now. I've gotten to know some of the ladies who clean my home quite well, and consider them friends. You have no idea how much time it frees up to have them come and clean my house every other week!! Kelly has been very flexible in trying to accommodate my schedule, which, at times, is quite hectic. Not only are they good at cleaning my home, but I've used them twice for detailing my cars, and I have to tell you, my cars come back looking like they've just come from the showroom floor! I have a dog who sheds - a LOT - so it takes them quite a while to get the hair off my upholstery - but they do!! I would recommend Expert Cleaning Services!!! read more

I had them out and there was three that came. The lady in charge of the crew was awesome! her helpers need some attention. First the other two made me feel like i was a horrible for them being here and when the owner called to check on their services she started defending them and asking what was the issues, The issues I am paying them not the other way around. Secondly, I was over charged in my book they were here an hour and half and i was charged for a full cleaning which i did not get! Because they were late they only could clean one area because of the chemicals they had with them to use. read more

This company keeps refreshing their yelp business so that people do not realize how many poor reviews they keep on getting. Essentially people are charged more money regardless of initial quotes - seems to be a common theme. Make sure to get your estimates in email or via written means, otherwise you will most likely face extra charges. In regards to the service, it is poor even at the original price quoted not to mention the inflated charges that are added after the cleaning. I hope that other reviewers that reviewed this service previously, can re-write their feedback so that enough people are informed. read more
