I do not like writing this at all, especially about a young person just starting out on her own road for her 1st business. Simple fact is there was nothing to rate.
The first opportunity I gave Alyssa I waited around all day trying to be "flexible," cause I remeber being in her shoes professionally just starting (well she's new but only to her business - she's worked for her parents' cleaning company from what she told me.)
Anyway, I waited around becuase the appointment was "later in the afternoon;" literally - I finally had to reach out and put a deadline, which is when (thank goodness she was ok from the little I know) she texted she had just been in an accident. She requested to schedule again and it was kind of difficult to pin her down to a good time - which I had to be a little blunt and finally got a committment for Thursday at 3:00 pm. I told her (becuase of the difficulties in committing to a specific time earlier) that if there were anymore changes to the schedule, that I would just cancel it. She apologized for the inconvenience of the mess around the accident and trying to committ to a time and I responded, that it wasn't necessary, I just have others who are interested and its only fair to them.
It's now 3:21 p.m. - no phone call, email or text. I can only offer my best wishes to her, but cannot recommend her at all. So, I wish you the best Alyssa, but you've damaged your credibility just starting out of the gate and I'm sorry I can't offer you a better recommendation. If you are going to work for yourself and provide a service you should be 10 minutes early to every appointment or show some respect and notify you potential client.
