(I didn't pay any extra rush charge or even say I was in a hurry or anything.) I don't think I've had a repair anywhere else that was faster than like 2-3 days before I got the computer back. Another time I asked about a very specialized problem that they don't deal with, and they were totally upfront about not doing it and directed me to someone who could help. Also a great sign. And both repairs are still working great, so good quality as well. I'm going to be sticking with Techy for any future repairs!

He told me to contact him when the camera arrived which I did and he was set to install it the next morning. To accommodate Advanced 2000's timing, I canceled my work appointments for that morning. At 12noon the next day when he hadn't shown up, I emailed him and he said he had a larger installation, couldn't install my camera, and I needed to wait until Monday. Knowing how critical it was for my household to have a security camera, I called someone else who came the next day (a Sat.).
