Extremely bad and unprofessional service. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. I was overcharged for poor and careless work. When I got my car back, the wiring was left exposed and improperly installed. After his work, my car's computer stopped working, which was never an issue before. Had the family car repaired at gear one had to have the head machine and the new head gasket head bolts put on it I think a water pump and a battery spent almost $4000 about three weeks ago Carr went to missing wouldn't pull out of its own tracks has a year warranty on the head gasket was told that a cylinder was down wasn't holding pressure talked with them several times on the phone because I'm out of town nothing but the runaround nobody ever reaches out to you. Can't post a review with ZERO stars. Khalid does not hold himself or his business accountable for what his employees do. I was rear-ended at a red light by a car owned by Gearone Auto. The car was not insured and the driver, Khalid's employee ,had a license that expired in 2015. Khalid said he was unaware the car was taken off the lot and therefore the actions of his employee are not his responsibility. WHO is driving your car when you leave it with him for repairs???? My husband's truck overheated 3 miles from Gearone. K towed us pretty quickly to his shop and got us fixed up with the necessary replacement component same day, a Saturday. (My only complaint is the bathroom. I couldn't use it because the lid was off the back, and there was zero handle or toilet paper. If it can't be used, maybe put a sign on it...) my car broke down a couple weeks ago. I was driving to Austin Texas. it broke down halfway. Had to call wrecker to tow us to the mechanic shop. we thought it might just be the spark plugs or spark plug wire. come to find out it was the Engine and the owner of the mechanic shop Nours found us a really good deal on a new engine. they got the engine in by that Monday installed it by Thursday and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. I also had a wheel bearing that was bad and the ABS light was on and my windshield wiper motor was bad. they replaced all of that for free except for the engine of course but I got a really good deal on the engine. I love this place it's one of the best mechanics I've been to in a long time and I trust them completely with any of my auto mechanic needs. so if you're looking for a good reliable and trustworthy mechanic this is the place. read more

I did a review for this company back in Oct. of 2022.I was driving out of town and half way had to have my car towed to a mechanic shop.Found this company.Went in and they checked my car and had to have the spark plugs and valve gasket and another part changed out.This was on a Saturday.I paid for that witch was over a $1000.00 .They got my car back together and ran a pressure test on it and said one of the cylinder wasn't holding witch meant I need a new engine.Then they said the engine was bad.So, they got me a price on a rebuilt engine..Engine cost me over $5000. I left my care with them for a week and then picked it up the next weekend.I had my car for two days and it did the same thing that the old engine did.I took it back the following day and they checked it and worked on it and said it was ok. I picked it up that weekend.Drove the car on that Saturday and Sunday the weekend I picked it up and it did the same thing.Took car back on that Monday.They had the car for two days and called me and told me the engine they installed was bad and had to be replaced .I waited a week and picked my car up the following week.Drove the car for a week took it back because it had a ticking noise.Of course they couldn't figure out what that was.But he told me that if the warranty ran out and the ticking got worse he would take care of the ticking noise.I asked him if the warranty started from the second engine or the first and he said the first engine they installed.I told him I only drove my car less then a week the first month of the warranty, because you installed a bad engine the first time witch wouldn't be my fault.He said that is the way the warranty worked.I received my car on 10/13/2022 and the warranty last 3 months.Today is 01/21/2023 , 7 days past the warranty. Car did the same thing.I called and was told the warranty is out on the engine .But that they would look at my car, but if I needed the engine replaced I would have to pay for it.Needless to say I went to another mechanic. So if you get a engine changed out you need to make sure they have done all they can to make sure it is a good engine.My whole expense was 8000.00.This is also the spark plugs and gasket that I didn't need original,but still was charged for it.Beware.Three month warranty isn't a very good warranty on something that expensive. read more
