Wow. Ordered eggplant parm to go for wife. Great bang for buck, and as a bonus "Best eggplant parm I ever had!" . Keep up the great work,

The standard pizza here is sort of a modified NYC style, with a crust that's a touch thicker and topped with far more cheese than one would find on a typical NYC slice. You can also opt for Sicilian, gluten free (which fall into the cracker-like, crisp camp), or cauliflower crust pizzas. They have a huge range of toppings and specialty pizzas, including a "potato skin" version with crisp slices of potato and bacon; clam; grilled chicken caesar salad pizza, etc.... They have your standard strombolis and pizza rolls, which are gigantic (8" x 3.5" x 2") and well stuffed. These are made with about three times more cheese than I personally prefer, but that's a stylistic preference. There's a wide range of pastas, salads, meat and seafood mains. The eggplant rollatini is inconsistent, but never worse than decent and sometimes spectacular. Mussels marinara are quite good, especially for the price. The bivalves are medium sized, fairly plump, and pleasantly hard-hitting on the garlic and tomato. Not sure if drivers are all sourced through Grubhub / Seamless -- but the folks we've encountered when we order from this restaurant have been extremely pleasant. We note that it's a hop and a skip away from Thunder Ridge should the apres-ski opportunity ever arise. Non-pandemic rating: 4 stars Pandemic rating: 5 stars

The bubble gum vodka cocktail was weird and fun, we fully enjoyed everything about our time here. Highly recommend the deep dish pizzas. A stone fireplace anchors the space while low, ambient lighting, wood tables, and leather seating create an intimate, inviting atmosphere. I was excited to learn that the bar featured Misguided Spirits' Howe & Hummel vodka from New York City. Stirred, it produced a martini with a subtle sweetness and a hint of cracked pepper, served in a classic cocktail glass with an angular bowl and slender stem. The design felt timeless, keeping the drink chilled while offering a crisp, polished presentation, with the Castelvetrano olives taking center stage. When it comes to the food, I have no notes. The wings were perfectly seasoned, with meat that fell off the bone; the Bibb salad was fresh and dressed beautifully with house lemon oil; and the thin, crispy pizza lived up to its name, with bright sauce and fresh toppings. This is a spot you won't want to leave and one you'll be eager to return to, familiar, fun, and full of character.
