Used to love eating here.. Pizza has changed. Cheap ingredients pleaee buy better tomato sauce and cheese. Last order- burnt pizza, dry chicken parm and the worst burger. French Fries- ugh. TLDR: Rude staff, botched order, and scorched pizza Today I decided to try something new and get pizza from a new place. What a mistake this was. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza as I was coming home from work. I arrived to find several workers gossiping around the preparation area. After some time someone looked up to see me. An employee then readied my order. They hand me the slip to sign and they proceed to attempt to hand me their Juul (the electronic cigarette) rather than a pen. I had a pen on my person and began to fill out the receipt. I don't typically leave a tip when I'm trying a new place and picking up the food myself. The employee serving me was glancing over and saw I did not leave a tip. They then proceeded to give me a dirty look and mumble something under their breath. I then proceeded home and opened my box to an unwelcome surprise. For some reason on a chicken bacon ranch pizza there was diced tomatoes?! This presented with soggy areas and looked unappealing. I picked off the tomatoes to attempt to salvage the pizza. On my first few bites I was confused as to the tastes and textures. The chicken pieces were tough, and bacon almost non-existent. The bottom after flipping some pieces was clearly scorched and not in the "brick oven" sense but burnt. I tried another slice, but between the soggy pieces mixing with burnt pizza dough I had enough. A $20 lesson I'm gonna learn from. My advice, if you're hungry and this is the only place open you're better off starving. read more

I enjoy this place however this was the worst eggplant rollatini I have ever had. It was soggy a lot of liquid, not sauce in the container.

We love Beekman Express. The menu is large enough that everyone can find something if they are not in the mood for pizza. We love the pizza, panini, fries, pizza dough and chicken tenders. Their delivery is convenient and usually arrives sooner than they say that it will. Very happy to have them so close by! read more

By far the worst pizza I've ever had very bland nothing exciting about their grandma pie also got think crust lol it was thin Sicilian if that way too much dough to be call thin crust!!! But even worse I ordered the eggplant Rolltini completely just threw that in the trash never ever have done that before with a whole dinner the eggplant was tasteless and hard!! There was absolutely no ricotta mixture in it which is why I normally like it maybe a table spoon if that!!! Don't order them it comes with a nasty hard roll and even more bland spaghetti which both also went in the trash then the next day pizza followed. Ive had pizza all over NY, (Long Island, Albany, Brooklyn, NYC, Buffalo) and this has got to be my absolute favorite pizza place to go to every friday. Not only the pizza but the sandwiches, pasta dishes, and the salads are also amazing. The drivers are also very fast and efficient which is great to have food arrive for events or just when you get hungry in general. They do get VERY busy at times, so dont expect everything to go perfectly every time. read more

This is my go-to pizza spot. Good pizza, good food. Typical menu. Their delivery time is usually between 40 minutes to an hour, which is a bit too long I think. They have this "Oreo Parfait" that is only available on certain days, so I can't always order my favorite sinful indulgence whenever I want-- put that on your menu as a staple! Bread and cheese are my first loves and as such I know good pizza when I find it & I'm happy to share that I am in love with Pizza Express!! The pizza sauce itself to start is so delicious they almost can't make a bad pizza pie - its THAT good. They are not cheap with the amount of cheese (or any topping in general) and your in and out of there super fast with your order. Counter girls are so sweet and willing to appease your every request. I've also had there chicken caesar salad a few times now and they are very generous in size, the ingredients are always fresh and they don't skimp on dressing. and the WINGS are a party in your mouth. The chicken literally falls off the bone there so tender. My favorite flavor is buffalo but BBQ is a close second. Since you can see the cooking station where the pizza man creates the cheesey goodness it is obvious that they are super CLEAN which is something that is definitely worth noting. read more

Gave it a second chance. No better, it's gotten worse! They actually stretched a small dough into a large pie. End effect was the center of the pie in places was nonexistent (no dough). I ended up with cheese/sauce slop. I'm done. read more

Had some less than stellar experiences in the past but thought we would give them another shot. Placed an order for delivery and was told 40 minutes. It took an hour and 10 minutes for the delivery and when it finally arrived it wasn't even fully correct. If you are going to deliver in almost double the informed wait time you had better be perfect. We won't be ordering from Pizza Express again. read more

Very disappointing experience here tonight. I was excited to see that they now have an online app. Great, I thought!! Now, I can order at my leisure without being put on hold. So, I ordered a sandwich (mediocre), pizza (fair) and salad (very good). On the site, it said that with the first online order, you get 25 per cent off. Fabulous!! Oh, just one thing- MAKE SURE you press the button for said discount before exiting the site, which, apparently, I neglected to do. When I inquired about the discount at the restaurant, I was told it was too late, and there was no way they could give me the discount (blaming it on the computer). Now, I've been around a while and have solved issues much bigger than refunding a customer. It was clear to me that they had no interest in trying. I suppose I could've made a huge issue of it, though I did tell them I thought it wasn't nice. Oh, how I miss the days when businesses actually cared enough about their customers to find ways to accommodate them. I won't be buying anything from Pizza Express going forward. read more

Pizza always better eating in then delivery but still pretty good. Wings , salads are good also. But eggplant parm sub is thumbs down. Not breaded, and just a glob of cheese on top , barley any sauce and the bread is soggy. The whole thing is yucky mush. Go with pizza and wings! Also buffalo chicken roll is good to. read more
