The drink was super delicious with a good amount of sweet and chocolate taste. The Cold foam was amazing!! Overall a great cafe that I'd easily comeback to! Drink(50%): 9.3 Staff/service(25%): 7.0 Value(25%): 7.0 Overall: 8.2/10

It has a cozy, small town, eclectic feel that makes it a fun spot to grab a drink and take a break. I got the maple hojicha latte with oat milk, and I really enjoyed it. The roasted hojicha flavor came through nicely, while the maple added a subtle sweetness without overpowering the tea. I liked that the drink still had the distinctive hojicha flavor rather than tasting like a super-sweet maple latte. Staff is super friendly and patient with me as I took some time to decide on my order. A fun spot to stop if you're looking for something a little different from the usual coffee spots.

So naturally, I came back with my sister to erase that memory, and it definitely did the trick. Both visits, I ordered the iced Nutella latte, and it's become my go-to. Instead of standard tables and chairs, there are different couches, comfy chairs, individual workspaces with outlets, and even outdoor seating. It creates a cozy atmosphere whether you're catching up with a friend, working remotely, or just enjoying a good cup of coffee. Overall, I really enjoy this spot. Great drinks, a relaxed vibe, and a space that makes you want to linger a little longer. I'll definitely keep coming back.

So thankful it was in the quiet and quaint neighborhood of New Haven. Such a beautiful area. Very close to all the spots I had bookmarked. Cool coffee shop I gotta say. Spacious and clean. Just the actual vibe alone was relaxing. This is one of those locations where you can actually come sit and not be bothered. Few people inside were working on their laptops, some were just conversing with their friends. The barista was super friendly and worked fast. One thing I noticed and was wowed on was they serve wine as well. I mean how cool is that. Felt like I was at France for a minute, where the cafes serve coffee, tea and qwasonts during the day, and cocktails at night. Very chill. Can't thank them enough for how clean the bathroom was as well. All in all great coffee and service.

The staff was very kind and helpful as this was my first visit. You order at the bar and they bring the food right to your table. The waffles themselves were whole wheat and very filling. I've been to the location several times at different times of the day. If you're looking for the most varieties available I would recommend coming and staying around 10am. Since they have to bake and individually wrap many of the items, they typically restock around that time daily. The only thing I wouldn't recommend unless you like hot dogs are the "sausage" options. Fancier named but a tad on the disappointed end. The mushroom onion cheese pastry was delicious!! I love that their drinks aren't overly sweet either.

All of the food arrived cold, and our table was initially given the wrong order. After it had already been handled, the staff took it back and served it to another table, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. My cappuccino was also served cold, and the coffee itself was very acidic and not enjoyable. Instead of making a new one, they poured it into another cup and reheated it with the steaming wand--even though I had already taken a sip. That felt unsanitary and unprofessional.
