They said for me to send pictures of cushions and the labels, I did...then they said they were ordering parts. Still nothing from them for a few months so I reached out again, by this time it's been over a year since purchased, and I was told they had the fixings for the cushion, so I said come pick both up and bring them in to be fixed and it was to my surprise that they said they thought it was only one cushion so I reminded them it was two and that I had sent them pictures of both cushions and tags months ago and they knew it was two...so again I was told they needed to get the parts. So I waited, again, months went by and I reached out and was told they were delayed...repeat two more times. Finally I went in and was told the same and reassured that it would be soon. So then when I heard nothing for another few months I decided to just wait on them to see if it would ever happen, if they would ever contact me since I always had to be the one to communicate, and nope, nothing. That was April of 2023, here we are Feb of 2024 and nothing. I've called and asked to have a manager call since they are never in when I call or go in. Still nothing.
