The recliner within 6 months had to be repair, 7 months later it's having same issue. I do not recommend purchasing furniture from this place due to poor customer service and satisfaction, expensive furniture that doesn't last long and not obeying warranty Terms.

No. So I went on to Ashley furniture website and searched recliners and the same recliner was the first one that popped up. It was $339. I decided to just pay more online instead of giving my money to a dumb store that lost a sale over $10-20. This is about principal, not the extra $10 I spent. Anyone who's ever worked sales knows you don't let the sale walk away if you can help it. He didn't even want the sale. LOL good because he ain't getting the sale. A few month after there were issues with the cushions, clearly a flaw in the seat material and we contacted the store for fixes since we were under warranty. They said for me to send pictures of cushions and the labels, I did...then they said they were ordering parts. A couple months later after hearing nothing I reached out again and was told there was a delay in the parts (understandable since covid was in full force). Still nothing from them for a few months so I reached out again, by this time it's been over a year since purchased, and I was told they had the fixings for the cushion, so I said come pick both up and bring them in to be fixed and it was to my surprise that they said they thought it was only one cushion so I reminded them it was two and that I had sent them pictures of both cushions and tags months ago and they knew it was two...so again I was told they needed to get the parts. So I waited, again, months went by and I reached out and was told they were delayed...repeat two more times. Finally I went in and was told the same and reassured that it would be soon. So then when I heard nothing for another few months I decided to just wait on them to see if it would ever happen, if they would ever contact me since I always had to be the one to communicate, and nope, nothing. That was April of 2023, here we are Feb of 2024 and nothing. I've called and asked to have a manager call since they are never in when I call or go in. Still nothing. I will never buy from there again, terrible product and they don't stand behind what they sell obviously. Truly disappointed.

Peter brought my grandmother's chair back to life!…read more I inherited a wooden chair that had been stored in a shed for decades. The finish was checked and gummy. It looked and felt horrible. But it also carried cherished memories for me. Peter listened to my feelings about the chair and suggested he sand the checking out of the finish but leave some of the worn places that bore my grandmother's imprint. By the time he was done restoring the chair, it looks and feels like what it now is: a graceful hundred year old spindle chair by Phoenix that has seen love (but not neglect).
