Went in to look at a recliner. Listed at $329. I asked if he would take $300. He said no the price is $329. I asked if he would take anything off. No. So I went on to Ashley furniture website and searched recliners and the same recliner was the first one that popped up. It was $339. I decided to just pay more online instead of giving my money to a dumb store that lost a sale over $10-20. This is about principal, not the extra $10 I spent. Anyone who's ever worked sales knows you don't let the sale walk away if you can help it. He didn't even want the sale. LOL good because he ain't getting the sale. Buyer beware!! We purchased several items, value over $5k and included in that was a couch and love seat set. A few month after there were issues with the cushions, clearly a flaw in the seat material and we contacted the store for fixes since we were under warranty. They said for me to send pictures of cushions and the labels, I did...then they said they were ordering parts. A couple months later after hearing nothing I reached out again and was told there was a delay in the parts (understandable since covid was in full force). Still nothing from them for a few months so I reached out again, by this time it's been over a year since purchased, and I was told they had the fixings for the cushion, so I said come pick both up and bring them in to be fixed and it was to my surprise that they said they thought it was only one cushion so I reminded them it was two and that I had sent them pictures of both cushions and tags months ago and they knew it was two...so again I was told they needed to get the parts. So I waited, again, months went by and I reached out and was told they were delayed...repeat two more times. Finally I went in and was told the same and reassured that it would be soon. So then when I heard nothing for another few months I decided to just wait on them to see if it would ever happen, if they would ever contact me since I always had to be the one to communicate, and nope, nothing. That was April of 2023, here we are Feb of 2024 and nothing. I've called and asked to have a manager call since they are never in when I call or go in. Still nothing. I will never buy from there again, terrible product and they don't stand behind what they sell obviously. Truly disappointed. read more

My partner and I were getting a new bed for our apartment and their staff were super helpful. The main guy showed us all our options within our price range and was very helpful but also didn't hover and let us just try out different mattresses. We ended up getting one and doing a payment plan. Also they were able to do free shipping because we were so close. read more

First time to the store, we bought a queen size bed, 9 years ago, still good as new. Next visit we were looking for recliners. After visiting all the furniture stores in the area, we came back to Delta because they had the best products in our price range. We bought two recliners, one for an average size person and one for a fluffy person. Both very comfortable. Delivery was prompt and easy. We had an issue with a defect in the fabric of the seat of one. They came out the next day, picked it up, replaced the seat and had it back to us within a week. Over 4 years later, both recliners are still in excellent shape. Our next purchase was for 3 single mattress and boxspring sets. Their mid range sets were on sale for an excellent price. Delivery was next day on our schedule. The guys brought them and would have set them up but we weren't ready for that yet (painting). Overall, we have had nothing but great experiences and sales people that don't hard sell. We will definitely be back for our next furniture requirements. read more

Pretty straightforward: Went looking for a couch with a specific set of features, the salesperson was low-pressure, showed us the models that fit our description, then left us alone to sit, discuss, sit some more, and figure out which one we wanted. Made the purchase, didn't get a lot of hassle selling a protection plan, and the delivery folks were quick and polite getting an exceptionally heavy couch in and an even heavier old one out. I don't think their selection of couches is the biggest in the area, but nobody else had a couch with the features we wanted, so they still win on that count. A smaller selection wins over a bigger one every time if they actually have what you want. read more

We needed to replace a loveseat in our travel trailer. After looking for weeks and only finding really expensive pieces, we stopped by Deltas. We were met by a young salesperson named Alex. She was awesome! She took us to multiple items that fit our needs for reasonable prices. We ended up coming back an hour later to purchase one of the pieces. The Salesman I was working with was quite friendly and I was ready to purchase a mattress set, however, I asked for a 2 hr window in order to check the other furniture stores in town since this was the first one I had looked at. He said no problem and handed me his card. After checking two other stores I was back and ready to purchase. My salesman was at lunch so I was working with the owner and needless to say, because of his poor customer service attitude, I decided to pay a bit higher price and purchase from his competition two blocks away. I was courteous but he was not, when I decided to go to his competitor the owner told me not to come back. I was shocked. I suppose he thinks he can treat customers as if they are disposable and like he has a never ending supply of them. Well, I wish him luck in this small community, word spreads quickly read more

Overpriced, Sub-par furniture, management is weak on customer service. I found better quality furniture and brands of furniture further up the street. If you want cheap furniture at an expensive price then this is your place. It reminds me of a bunch of used car salesman selling lemons. read more

I cannot count how many items I have purchased from Delta in the past. They have always been wonderful to work with, the prices are the best in town, and they have always been honest with me. The best example I can give of their honesty is that I needed a twin bunk bed set fast (I am a foster parent and I had a pair of siblings moving in soon.) Delta did not have they in stock, but the person who was helping me (I believe he was the owner) told me that since I couldn't wait he knew that another store in town almost always had them in stock for immediate delivery. Last weekend my husband and I decided to visit all 5 furniture stores in Eureka, hoping to find a new couch and coffee table. The fourth store we visited was Delta Mattress. As we walked through the door and started to look around, salesman, John Foster approached us and introduced himself. After a minute or so he understood we really just wanted to look around and left us to check out the sofas. I never felt like John was hovering or breathing down our necks but every time we had a question about measurement, quality, construction, etc., he was right there and answered all our questions completely. Then he would "disappear" again as we looked at more couches. In short, John was one of the most helpful, informative, and chill sales people I have had interaction with. We ended up buying a couch and making an offer on a coffee table and end table. In a few hours he called us back and said our offer for the tables was approved. He arranged delivery the very next day. The delivery team was not only a few minutes EARLY, but were very friendly and professional. Overall, this has been one of the best buying experiences I have had. We are extremely happy with our new purchases and believe we got real value for the money we spent.
