This is NOT what I experience here. Liz is honest, kind, and fair. She bends over backwards to help her customers. If she doesn't get back to me right away, I know it's because she's giving the same kind of service to everyone that relies on this company. I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).

He arrived promptly and kept in contact by texting. I'm getting used to texting these days so I appreciated that. Since it's an Italian car, he wasn't able to get the parts needed to fix it in a timely manner. It wasn't really his fault. We ended up having to take it to the dealership which was really expensive. I chose Northeast Tire Solution because, according to google, they close at 6 pm and because of its location. When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)

Pro Tech Diesel is run by honest men who easily could have scammed me but didn't. My motor home…read morebroke down in El Paso the day before Thanksgiving 2024. The only towing company that was open at the time suggested I have it towed it to Alpha Auto Repair since it was close to their offices. When I spoke to the manager on the phone, he informed me that the engine had thrown two rods and would need a complete rebuild at a cost of over $9000. After reading some of the online reviews and finding the business has an F rating from the BBB, I found Pro Tech Diesel, which has very good reviews, and called back to have it towed there. I had told the manager at Pro Tech, Ritchie, that I needed a rebuilt engine installed, and he worked with me to get an an order ready for one from Jasper Engines. However, when his guys inspected the motor, they realized that it only needed a new distributor cap, rotor, and wires, and they completed the repair for much less than a rebuild would have cost. I therefore concluded that the Alpha Auto Repair manager was lying to scam me out of $9000, and Ritchie could have scammed me for even more by simply going along with what I'd told him and keeping his mouth shut. But he didn't. He told me the truth. If I ever again need repair work in El Paso on my RV, Pro Tech Diesel is the place.
