Our vehicle was towed to Simba, they diagnosed the problem, the part was ordered and vehicle was done the next day... WAY earlier than expected! Staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. BONUS, I checked in on Yelp and there was a 10% off labor coupon. That saved us about $40! Like I said, no one LOVES having to service a vehicle but when we have to, we'll be returning Simba Automotive!

It's hard to find an honest and reliable auto shop these days, but AnA Tire & Automotive definitely earned my trust. (they want $774.00 for a brake job and $554.00 to replace my radiator) He also talked about my radiator possibly leaking into my exhaust and maybe having to replace my engine.(WHAT!!!) They also claimed that when trying to scan my computer to determine what the check engine light was all about, they could not read it because I had a fuse out. When I went to go pick up my car, I stopped at AutoZone to get some opinions and they read my computer with a $50 dollar scanner, (I asked how much it cost) free of charge and as it turns out, all I needed was to replace a spark plug. I also asked the people at AutoZone about my brakes and radiator. I followed their instructions to get the air out of my brake fluid lines...yes just air, then I bought this mercury looking leak stop and now my radiator is fixed and my car is running like a champ. All for well under a $100.00. STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS. YOU will PAY dearly!!!

This also means a lot being a young woman and first time car owner. Every time I've been here, I walked in and the service that I wanted was done within 30 minutes. They have a comfortable waiting room with waters, coffee, armchairs, etc. They also updated me about the state of my vehicle and performed extra services as needed, for instance they filled my tires with air and refilled my windshield wiper fluid (without me asking) and free of charge! MD Automotive goes the extra mile to make sure I can keep on rocking and rolling, and as a relative newbie to Houston and vehicle ownership, they really make me feel like my car is being well taken care of. I cannot speak on the quality of their repair services which I noticed make up most of their poor reviews, but for oil changes and regular service, I will definitely be coming back here!
