Took my truck after replacing Evap solenoid and valve! light cleared! no power disconnect at all but they tell me me I have to drive 80-100 miles! so I drive 107 and go back then they tell me it not there yet! and that when I come back it's another $18.50 huge scam I've taken 3 vehicles and a motorcycle there for 15 yrs....... I came here to have my car reinspected today after it failed the emissions test a week ago (which it passed today) When I went to get it registered at the tax assessor office, they mentioned it was the wrong information a mix up with my other vehicle. They said I'll have to go back to inspector quick to have them change it. I came back to inspector quick after only leaving there 15 minutes. I let them know about the mix up and asked how can the problem be fixed. The manager was extremely rude accusing us like we were scamming uh we was just here he did the inspection himself. After my husband told him he didn't appreciate his tone and how he was acting and how he was accusing us like we did something wrong, he calmed down after. *Note to manager not everyone is a scammer. He told us we will have to pay again if we wanted the information fixed. Really?! We was literally there 15 minutes ago with this same vehicle that he inspected. If he had looked carefully while scanning the sticker he would have noticed/matched the sticker seeing it had a different license plate number (he only made us aware/noticed that when he finally looked at the sticker if he only did his job and looked at it, then all this could have easily been avoided. The year, make, model, vin number was wrong on the paper as well, with the car he just "inspected". How could all that be missed? Now we had to pay for another inspection for the same vehicle? I've been coming here for over 2 years to register all 4 of our vehicles. I would definitely not be returning after today and would not be recommending this place like I did in the past to family and friends. read more

I've had my vehicles inspected here for 20+ years - after today - no more. Wife tried to get her 2017 Fiat Abarth Cabrio inspected there today and was rudely refused by the owner. He refused to inspect her Fiat as he was insistent that her car should have a muffler on it - which it never did. It came brand new from a dealership WITHOUT one. Owner flatly refused to even consider/verify that fact. Abarths are widely known to NOT have one - guess not wide enough. Oh, he inspected it last year and had a whole year to check on this fact - which he never did apparently. She took it to Firestone in Deer Park and they had no problem inspecting it - person there verified the fact that her model Fiat does NOT come with a muffler. At least they care and are happy to help. read more

I was getting my car inspected like i do every year and everything went well untill they checked my tint... it was at 18 percent and the legal front driver/passenger tint limit is 25%... they said it wouldnt pass and since i was near the end of the month and needed it inspected i just said whatever to take it off... like are you kidding me? they were nice but i do not like that they lied and i will be calling whoever i have to to get money to get my tint back on WHICH THE TINT WAS DONE AT A DEALERSHIP WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR!!!!!!!!! I've always taking my vehicles here for an inspection; today a young gentleman wearing a black hoodie with Ray-Ban sunglasses tells me my vehicle wouldn't pass because of my 20% tint. He was at least kind enough to give me the option to not proceed with the inspection. This place maybe quick but their staff needs possibly better training. I purchased a car for my wife 2 years ago and this will be the first inspection it has had since the date of purchase. No modifications have been done to this vehicle and the inspector failed it due to the manufacturer tint on the windows. He went on to inform me that the legal requirement is 15% and I was at 22%. Upon speaking to another inspector I was informed that the legal requirement wasn't to exceed 25% as stated in sec. 547.613 (b)(1)(a) of the TTC 547. He went on to tell me that he could tear it out right now and inspect it or I could go somewhere else and maybe another inspector will pass it on the down low. Now if I was misinformed about the parameters of window tinting and 15% is the legal limit then i do apologize but I did find the inspector very off putting with his remarks and the way he dealt with me. I have multiple personal vehicle and at work that I will start taking to another inspection facility. I'm all about professionalism and adding value to customers and this place did not add any value. read more

They told me that they could not help me unless I put a mask on. Their direct competition one block over did not have a problem inspecting my vehicle, they even allowed me to stay in my vehicle while doing so. read more

I came here on a Friday around 11am for an inspection. As soon as I pulled up in a parking spot, a staff member came to my door and asked me for my insurance. He then immediately took my car to get inspected. I waited in the waiting area for around 5 minutes (tops) until the inspection was complete. It cost me $25. I will continue coming here to get my car inspected because the staff was friendly and efficient, it was extremely fast, and not too expensive. Thanks Inspector Quick! read more

This used to be a friendly place to have your vehicle inspected they have done a fantastic job for five years I went in today to have my truck inspected and was told that it failed inspection because the tint was a shade to dark so I asked why wasn't this caught five years ago since the tint have been there ever since I bought the truck they started to argue with me not one person but three people there was no reason for that they were very unprofessional I do not recommend this place anymore because you may think that they performed a good inspection and later find out they didn't. read more
