We've lived in Newton for quite some time and needed to purchase a suit for our wedding also taking place in Newton. We thought it would be nice to purchase a suit for the groom right in our neighborhood. We had discussed going to Moshers for quite some time and decided to get the ball rolling last weekend. We were hoping to find something we liked, get information about timeline and then come back in a few weeks for measurements as we weren't *quite* ready yet It was very hard, nearly impossible, to get any of our questions answered. It felt as if they weren't going to make the sale right then and there then they couldn't be bothered really speaking with us. It was very odd and off putting. During our visit, the owner asked us "are you wealthy" -- which was incredibly weird and felt as if he was looking down on us. I've been reflecting on the whole experience for about a week and really don't want anyone else to feel the way we felt during our attempt to make a purchase with Moshers :(

Mean spirited business management…read more My kid sister thoughtfully purchased a Patagonia sweater for me during the holidays. Christmas morning I found the sweater was too small... no problem I thought, let's just exchange the size. Returning to the store the first week of January we found the item could not be returned nor exchanged for store credit (I at least wanted to give my kid sister the money back to buy something she likes). I contacted the manager directly, explained the situation, showed her the receipt and the sweater- new with tags... and still was refused a refund and/or store credit. What kind of store is so disengaged and rude to their customers? Seems NRO is operating on the principle that Wellesley patrons will just overpay and not bother assist in any exchanges of clothing gifts.

For apparel, you'll find a bunch of Theory, MaxMara, Burberry, Frame, and brands similar. They also have designer bags, like YSL, Burberry, and Celine. For shoes, today I saw they had some VEJAS, Golden Goose, and UGGS. This location has my heart because you can find some really cool stuff here that you normally wouldn't find at other locations. Definitely worth checking out!
