I have to give this place 5 stars, since everyone in my family loves it - me, my mom, and my DAD…read more I think it says a lot that my dad loves shopping here. The staff are SO helpful and friendly, and they always help him find something to buy. Actually, he just thinks all the clothes there are so beautiful - seriously, how often do you hear a man praising a women's clothing store? My mom and I can spend hours here. The saleswomen will create the fitting room of your dreams - I told them a few things I was looking for and they filled the room with fun options! They helped me accessorize and found me the most gorgeous dress I would NEVER have pulled off the rack! The clothes can get a little pricey, but they are nice quality, and great for mixing and matching since many of them are elegant versions of "basics." They also have beautiful jewelry which goes nicely with the clothes. It's a pleasure to shop here, both because of the sales staff and the quality of the clothes. It's the first place Mom and I stop when we go shopping together!

At WHBM I found the absolute most perfect dress I could have thought of for the occasion. In addition, the sales associates on staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy, pulling lots of shoe and accessory options for me. The original price of the dress was quite a bit more than my budget but given how great it looked and my lack of other choices, I took it and am so happy I did. However, the story only gets better. A week later I discovered that my dress had gone on clearance for less than half of the original price. I got a totally hassle-free price adjustment; the typical company policy is that you must bring the item into the store where you'd gotten it to have the adjustment done, but when I said that I live an hour from the store the rep did it over the phone.

See the staff at this store…read morebehave so bad, Express is known for rude staff in Eastwood, they bankrupted the company! ~~ The higherups never read customers' reviews so lost their business! The old store manager was a extremely low level, toxic woman, she only hired even worse lower performance staff to secure her own job! The group of girls are rude, no manner nor any customer service skill or attitude at all. They are all toxic and have no elsewhere to go, until the new company fired the Store Manager! But stupidly left some bad old toxic ones at the store now! I went to the store today, asked to speak to the new store manager, the old girls lied said they are the managers, when I pushed, they said oh the new manager is not here now! - They will bankrupt the new company too! very soon! !

I asked to have my coupon applied (the same day) after I bought pants that were see through. She told me she was the "manager" and it is against company policy to reapply coupons. These were earned coupons from purchases. On top of that she was providing lost prevention customer service. Then I went to make a return, and she was overly hovering over the wonderful customer service person who is helping me make my return, as if I was going to try again to get a coupon around reapplied. I encourage all A- List customers to stay out of that store because it's not really the place for you. I hope it was worth aliening a customer who spends money that can assist in the stores daily/monthly/yearly goal. I feel undervalued, singled out and penalized. So, all my purchases will be made online and all returns made to the store.

The AnnTaylor "store manager" is insulting and exploiting young saleswoman in front us!…read more On LaborDay holiday, my daughter, friends, and I visited the Ann Taylor store at Eastwood Towne Center. While shopping, we were assisted by a young sales Katie (a college age Asian lady), who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and kindness. She offered thoughtful styling advice and helped us select clothing with genuine enthusiasm and care. However, while we were trying on items, an older woman abruptly approached and yelled at K in front of us, her face is the rudest ugliest one I have ever seen, she yelled "go to do gobacks!" to K, then hastily walking away. She is not only extremely rude to K but also disrespectful to all of us! She is ordering K to stop helping us! We were totally shocked! Is this old woman the store manager? At the time, K appeared to be the only staff assisting customers, with all the crowded customers, she is working her tail off! I later saw that old woman was chatting with another staff at the backend of the store, they were not working at all. That old woman (is she the store manager? ) behavior both inappropriate and deeply unsettling, a bold insulting, bullying and discrimination! It's very serious! K was visibly distressed, holding back tears, yet she continued to assist us with remarkable composure and professionalism. Concerned for her well-being, we asked whether the older woman was her boss. K did not respond directly, choosing instead to maintain a polite demeanor and continue helping us. (we all felt so sorry to her! especially seeing a hard working young girl younger than my daughter been mistreated in such a rude and discriminative way!) We were appalled by the older woman's behavior, which we perceived as demeaning and disrespectful--particularly given that K, who appeared to be of college age Asian Lady, was working diligently under considerable pressure. If this individual is indeed the store manager, her conduct raises serious concerns about the mistreatment of employees at this location. She need to be fires immediately! Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand of Ann Taylor. If this incident is indicative of the store's bullying and exploitation culture or management practices, we will be compelled to reconsider our patronage of "Ann Taylor". We urge the company to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that employees are treated with dignity and respect regardless of age and race! Ann Taylor needs to compensate the young lady for the mistreatment and exploitation she received! STOP shopping at Ann Taylor Stores until this store manager was fired! If Ann Taylor mistreating they young employees, they are mistreating, disrespect, discriminating customers too! We don't want to give business to such a bad store!
