Space is large with plenty of room for future growth. Cloud City has a limited selection of new pull comics, but has a large selection of graphic novels. Several bins of longbox comics are located in the center of the shop at various price points. Has some toys and collectables spread throughout the shop. They have a good selection of board gaming and other gaming items. I'm interested to see how this move works out for Cloud City. Lehigh Valley Mall is a good mall with lots of foot traffic. Biggest issue Cloud City has is they are also now in direct competition with the areas highest end comic shop, ComicMasters, which is located in the Whitehall Mall across the street. I'm not sure Cloud City has the product selection to compete. During previous visits at the old location, my friend has often done well in their comic bins, while I did better when they previously had more one-dollar longboxes.

Portal primarily focuses on gaming, with them having a large board gaming selection. Other gaming items are located around the shop, including various Warhammer items and paint for gaming items. Gaming space is located in the back of the shop, in a separate room from the merchandise. Overall, if you are looking for gaming items, The Portal should meet your needs. When I made my initial purchase on 12/15 I got an email stating the my payment for my order failed and to try with a different payment method. The payment for that order in fact did not fail and I had made 2 purchases. I put in a cancellation request that same night and called on the 16th to ensure itd be rectified. 12/19 I emailed and called again unable to reach customer service. I left a voicemail and got no call back. Also on the 19th, I get 2 notices from my bank that 2 charges from retro vgames posted. Today 12/20 I finally get through to customer service just for them to tell me there's nothing they can do and both purchases have been shipped on the 16th, but I was never notified if my product had shipped. I log in to my account to see that they were shipped the 18th, not the 16th. The order should have never been shipped and the initial payment should have never been taken if they told me payment failed AND the cancellation request was put in prior to the offer being fulfilled. Customer service was very dismissive, had inaccurate information, and told me they couldn't see the cancellation request even though they read off of it.... So far poor experience, but I will update if product is received and will see if the order is accurate, products work/quality, and the return process is not a hassle/no cost to me.

After purchasing the missing cord myself, I discovered that the console was also defective. It failed its system update, would not properly load a game, and the disc tray repeatedly opened and closed by itself, sometimes only partially opening or becoming difficult to reopen. To summarize what I received: * A defective Xbox 360 that was advertised as professionally refurbished, "Tested & Working," and working "flawlessly" * A wired controller instead of the advertised wireless controller * An incomplete power supply with the required wall cord missing * A console I had to spend additional money on just to test and discover that it did not work properly Getting help was nearly as frustrating as the merchandise itself. I sent repeated emails, photographs, screenshots of their advertisement, and video evidence of the malfunction. I was passed around, given vague responses, promised follow-ups that did not arrive, and even told that they had attempted to call me but that my working telephone number appeared inactive--even though I received no missed call or voicemail. They initially pushed replacement merchandise, store credit, or a refund reduced by a 10% fee. Only after I repeatedly demanded a full refund, provided extensive documentation, and opened a formal dispute with my bank did they finally send a prepaid return label and promise the full amount after receiving the console. They then asked me to withdraw my bank dispute. I did not withdraw it. Golden 1 investigated the matter and issued me a permanent credit for the full $165.34. To be perfectly clear: my financial institution resolved this--not Retro vGames voluntarily refunding me before the dispute. I have returned the defective console using the company's label and have documented the contents, packaging, shipment, tracking, and delivery process. Retro vGames has now posted a polished public apology acknowledging that the required power cord was missing, the accessory did not match the advertisement, and the console had additional functionality issues. They also asked me to consider updating my review "based on how they handled the resolution." So here is my update: their public response sounds considerably better than the customer-service experience I actually received. A company should not need weeks of emails, photographs, videos, telephone calls, a formal bank dispute, and a public review before taking responsibility for merchandise that arrived incomplete, incorrectly fulfilled, and defective. I appreciate that they have finally acknowledged what happened, but that does not erase what it took to get here. My one-star rating remains unchanged. Customers deserve to know that the product delivered to me did not match the listing, did not function properly, and required a bank dispute to obtain a reliable financial resolution.
