The customer being helped ahead of me kept going to her car several times, bringing in more ipads to check on or staying outside well over ten min at a time, leaving her three-year-old inside on a high stool. The child wanted her magnet bracelet picked up, wanted off the stool, wanted constant help with her bracelet. I did it all, while her grandmother sat on a chair. Almost an hour & a half after arriving I was helped with my phone transfer which was done sooner than the 45 min estimate, but I still had to wait while other customers were waited on first. The other girl tried to help me, but was nay-nayed by her manager. I was out in 2 1/2 -3 hours. Why don't I want to buy your $20 phone plug cube? No, thanks

This is an older style Winn-Dixie located in a shopping plaza that has definitely seen better days…read more However, they have good specials and I'm very impressed that Winn-Dixie has made a comeback and are offering better quality beef and generally just a better all-around experience. Winn-Dixie was a great supermarket when I first moved to Florida back in 2001. Something happened over the course of time and Winn-Dixie became pretty abysmal. The quality slipped overall and perhaps the saddest slip in quality came from their meat department. For a supermarket that once proudly considered themselves the "Beef People," Winn-Dixie allowed the quality of their before to slip drastically and they were basically offering inferior meat that was only USDA inspected and not graded. Winn-Dixie realized the error of their ways and now have a focus on their USDA Choice grade meat. The staff at this location was friendly and while the location might be a bit worn, the staff is friendly and the quality is definitely there.
